Personnel are very helpful & friendly. Store always carries products I need. Product aisles name the items sold on that aisle, therefore much easier to find required items. Though there is another Home Depot a bit closer to me, I always return to Store:6310. Employees provide excellent service. Others in my neighborhood, upon hearing my recommendation, now also shop at Store:6310.

Clean store and is fully stocked with EVERYTHING YOU NEED.GARDEN DEPT.IS BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN.

Excellent store, has well arranged items in the appropriate bins a pleasure to shop, clean and friendly staff .

Store finally has Eucalyptus Mulch, better for everyone, the environment and isn't killing cypress trees.

nice friendly store and well stocked with all kinds of everything for your home or business, nice cashiers, nice customer counter for contractors. I always go back.

Product was not in store but got a replacement, I got assistance but not enough help.

At Oakwood store, a flooring employee realising that i was in pain helped me throughout store (from knee surgery) saving lots of steps. Wish I had gotten his name.

Had a lot to choose from. Store is big and many different items that other stores do not have .

Good store if you only need nails or paint, but the appliance department was terrible. We were kept waiting for sales help for nearly an hour (should have left), even after the assistant managers were paged. They never came. The posted prices on the appliances were deceptive. Ask LOTS of questions before pulling out a credit card. We did purchase two appliances but were made to feel that the store was doing us some sort of favor.

I had the pleasure to meet with Felix Alomodovar the Assistant Manager who was very helpful in providing assistance regarding a project for our newly purchased home. Felix took the time to explain and show me the departments where I needed to purchase all of my items. I truly valued the time he took to assist me and my wife. We will definitely continue to shop and purchase for OUR ENTIRE HOME RENOVATION at the Oakwood Plaza Home Depot in Hollywood, FL! Thank you!

As many other stores, sometimes gets a little crazy with too many people and lines are long to pay. Employees in general are friendly. Garden: needs more variety and more employees with knowledge about what they offer there.

Terrible Service. Ordered sod to be delivered. Had paid someone for labor to lay the sod. The delivery never arrived. No phone call. Tried calling the store. On hold for one hour. No one picked up the phone. Don't go here.

I went to Home Depot yesterday 6/7/2017 and brought some plywood but couldn't take it home because I didn't have a truck. Today 6/8/17 I go in and tell the service desk I left my plywood here yesterday and came back to pick it up. The ASM Cindy was called to the front she start talking about LP wasn't in. I told her the situation and to my surprise she was very receptive.& very helpful she walk with to hardware dept and got a young man by the name of Andre Scarlett Great customer service !!

People right there are so nice they are really concern about my needs

Great organized store with plenty of stock and helpful Staff. It seems that it has been getting better and better lately. It has always been good, I have noticed a good change in the store.

Generally a good store to visit as long as it is not on the weekend. They seem to put out all the trainees on the weekend who have not been trained and generally don't know where things are located.

As I mentioned in my comments on the Sweepstakes, I've been shopping at the Home Depot at Oakwood Plaza for years, and I have found the products that I need to be reasonable and have been in stock whenever needed. The store is clean and the employees are very helpful and pleasant.

Paint Dept Staff is excellent... Cheryl, Albert and Al...

This is an amazing store. I shop at 4-home depots in the area and this is the best store because of the selection of products; and also if I need something that is not on the shelf I know I can ask anyone to get it down for me.....especially in the paint and plumbing areas. This store is blessed with some of the most knowledgeable paint people in the business. From Ceasar , Albert, Linda, Al,and Cheryl. It's always a pleasure to see them in the store because they are so helpful.

I have shopped in this store for may years ---and I have always find the items I was looking for. Wouldn't change it.

Beware of what you are charged. I have been overcharged several times in the garden department. I bought two different priced herbs.. when I got home, I realized I had been charged the higher price for each. Then, upon buying chlorine by the gallon for my pool I was charged the gallon price and not the bulk price per box. These cashiers are not efficient so itemize each thing that is being rung up. I now go to Lowe's on Sunrise. Better selection and they do not rip you off like Home Depot does.
