The business I work at has an account at Menards , I hate going there, parking is horrible with a trailer , always end up clear at back of lot. Then have to go inside buy some materials , then to contractors desk to order lumber then outside to drive around to pick up lumber load by yourself , returns are the same painstaking process and can never find anybody to help!! Every job I do on my own I go to Home Depot ! One of these days I'll convince the boss. ,

This is my go-to home improvement place. It is conveniently located and easy to get to. And now that I am so familiar with where everything is, it is pretty quick to get in and out, and get back at it. Especially with the Self-Checkout! Prices and selections are pretty darned good. I have not always had an exceptional experience with the on-the-floor employees. They seem to just generally not want to be helpful, or too helpful (and smug - because they obviously know more than you, because they work at the Home Depot, right?). Don't get me wrong, the cashiers and the customer service peeps are top notch!

I was helped check out at self-check-out machine I needed help with. The plants I bought were in great condition even though it was 97 degrees outside at the time. All the Bonnie Plants appeared in great condition. I bought some herbs, and they are somewhat delicate in extreme heat, but they are still doing well and thriving.

Shelves were well stocked; store was clean. Also love how the exact aisle and bay are listed on the website. SO much easier to find what you are looking for!

I had a fast and friendly shopping experience. That's all I have to say at this time.

Buying paint was actually a pleasant experience. Knowledgeable staff and willingness to help entertain a 5 and 3 year old at the same time. Thanks Home Depot.

I find myself stopping in here quite often in the last year. I can get those hard to find items that I can never find anywhere else. Anything from my favorite houseplant that I can never find anywhere, to a specific color of lightbulb I might like for my front porch, to a certain fluorescent color of spray paint that is also waterproof. One of my biggest pet peeves is making a shopping list and then going to a store where I can find every item on my list- EXCEPT FOR ONE. Hate that. This store always allows me to make a quick dash in, ask a friendly face for some help finding something very specific, and gets me going on my way in a jiffy. Love that. P.S.-I took the survey and believe I hit "I would not shop at this store again" in error. I meant to say that "I most definitely will shop here again. And often.

I had been going to a competitor for quite awhile. After being frequently disappointed we decided to shop at Home Depot. Merchandise has an overall better quality here. I received exceptional customer service when trying to locate a few items on my list. Every associate I encountered was very helpful and had a smile on their face. I'm very satisfied with this store and will be returning for all my home improvement needs!

I had to ask to help find something and found a couple employees walking in the area I figured it was in. Not only were they more than willing to assist me, they walked me to where the item was to make sure it was what I needed.

only problem was they need more cashiers, other than that this store is in a great location, great employees and good prices.

Store was clean and easy to navigate. Associates were available but not bothersome.

Being disabled has been a major lifestyle change for me. Not being able about walk like I used to has meant, in all practicality, that I couldn't shop at my leisure. Not so at the Home Depot. Through the use of mart carts (motorized shopping carts) I find that I can find the products I need for about an DIY project that I might want to tackle. The staff in every department, that I have experienced, has been very patient and helpful in helping me choose the best products for the best price. Thank you for providing this service.

The sales associate was on break, but he took the time to visit two departments with me and helped me a better alternate product and at less cost, and he helped the checkout cashier.

Their knowledge and personal assistance in guiding me in making the right selections for my flooring needs provided me with reinsurance that the end product will be my dream results. They both went above and beyond in Super customer service, professional, polite, and pleasant and easy to work with. Thank you BOTH! Home Depots training investment in their employees shows through in these 2-associates.

I only use this location because it is close to home and all of the associates are friendly and professional and know what they are doing and the store is always clean and everything is relitivly easy to find.
