For custom cut blinds this location is the WORST in the Little Rock area and I will never come back here. I cane to this location, purchased custom blinds and a little guy with long hair cut them incorrectly, I have pictures. So I returned them, then the following three days I came for more blinds, nobody competent was available to cut them to size. I came out of state, on a time crunch and needed to install window treatment in an investment property. I needed 20 sets of blinds, and this location has been horrendous and then the people here seem to have an attitude because you need blinds cut. Nobody knows anything, nobody has the answers to any questions, each day I came they had me wait for someone to come to Aisle 5 where the blinds are and guess what? Nobody ever showed up. I ended up purchasing a couple that were already cut to size but the rest I purchased elsewhere. What makes everything even worse is that not even the management team posses the skill to cut the blinds. The instructions are plain as day. I could have done them myself if HD allowed patrons to cut their own blinds. Blinds are expensive and this location has missed the mark! And quite frankly business from my real estate company. It makes me never want to do business with Home Depot regardless of the state or city.

It Seem that every time we go to North Little Rock we have to run in Home Depot for something. It's Always Nice & Clean and there is Always an Orange (Home Depot Worker) walking around looking to Help you.

Last week I bought over $600.00 in faucets from the Home Depot in North Little Rock. I found what I needed, and I believe the price was fair, but no Home Depot employee asked me what I was looking for or if they could help. I really could have used some advice and assistance. Maybe none of the employees know. anything about faucets or plumbing.

This was such a pleasant shopping experience. I am used to walking into home depot in New Mexico and everyone flees. If you do find an employee and ask a question they will tell you they will go find someone to help and you never see them again. Not at this home depot. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Annie in the front was very pleasant at the self check out and talked me into a home depot credit card so I could get a discount. So glad I went to this home depot. Will definitely go back.

Just took a while for someone to help me as I am handicapped. After about 23 minutes a young man finally showed up to load my lumber on my cart. They had to page someone twice to help me. There were a lot of people walking around more talking to each other than customers.

I love Home Depot and never need the other home stores

I have no problem placing my order. The issue comes when I go to pick it up, seems like most times I have to call the main store number to tell them I am here.

Clerk misspoke about my product witch in turn cost me extra money. Customers were backed up to check out, got home and my product had missing parts

I would clean the house, but wait customer service is a thing of the past.

I went in looking for a part for my dryer ( Thermal Fuse) and it was available online only and I was directed to Customer Service to place an order. Uresha helped me with the process.

I look forward every year to their Halloween selection in the fall. Also the staff is friendly and helpful. I have shopped this store for years and keep it as my 'go to" lumber yard for home DYI projects.

Purchased yesterday was what I needed

I ordered online for curbside pickup (order WM73523875), received the email notifying me it was ready for pickup, drove to the store, parked in the designated pickup area, checked in with the app, entered my parking spot number, & waited. No one ever came. Eventually, I decided to cancel the order and because I was already at Home Depot I went in to find and purchase the items. No employee acknowledged me at any time. Next time I will NOT order from Home Depot or shop there. My time is valuable.

This guy most definitely lives up to his name. Great customer service and very helpful employee... keep up the good work Success...( that's his real name btw!!) Thank you so much for your help.... Love..very satisfied customers.. :-)

The staff was very helpful, and the shelves were very well stocked.

I have shopped many times at different hardware stores and have left bc customer service was horrible, but the help from Elizabeth encourages me to come back to this store.

Home Depot always has what I need 99% of the time. I like the selection and pricing most of all.

Clerks not only tell you where the products are they walk you to them. Help needed helpin a area is done without a long wait

Very clean store. The workers were friendly. Scott the gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable.

I brought some items and they were not the items I needed and the lady in return Angela was nice and professional with me.

I had an awesome experience with Otto in the paint department. He was very helpful with my large order and completed it quickly and correctly.

I was looking for a particular door for my 1955 bungalow. Of course it requires a custom size. The gentleman in the door department found me exactly what I wanted and at a cheaper price than competitors and was great to work with.

I went to this store to buy specific items I saw on app as being in stock in this store. Store had none of these items!!

The store agent who checked me out (Toccara) had a great attitude. This was especially nice considering the poor level of customer service most often encountered in corporate businesses Post-Pandemic. Thank You Toccara, keep up the good work.

No on hold long. Retrieved a replacement part number for a discontinued item. You had 1 in stock, so it was staged for me. I picked it up, Michael carried it to cashier, cashier scanned it, put it in a cart because it was too heavy for me to carry!!! Excellent customer service all through the store!!

My husband and I had started painting our front door but ran into problems right away. We went to the NLR store and was helped by Otto. He instructed us on the correct type of paint, brush, and rollers to complete the job. It looks great now!

Taj and Joe were patient and went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot and resolve my issue. Thank you!!!!
