It is a great place to shop. Very friendly and smooth. The only thing is that if your looking for some stuff please look for an attendant first, That way you don't have to run all over the store.

I ENJOY GOING INTO MY HOME DEPOT. THE ASSOCIATES ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND READY TO HELP IN ANY WAY. IF UNABLE THEY WILL CALL SOMEONE TO COME AND HELP AND STAY TILL THAT PERSON COMES. ALWAYS VERY CLEAN

Very friendly and helpful associates. An associate came up and asked if we needed any help loading the cart. He also asked if we needed help loading the material onto the truck. Our cashier was also very friendly and greeted me while she was still helping another customer. The same associate that helped us load the cart came to push our cart out to the truck and loaded the material onto the truck. Great experience and will highly recommend Home Depot for any and all home repair projects. Thanks Home Depot. I'll be back.

Was very satisfied with the helped I got during my visit specially with the lady at the returns..although I could not do my return she assisted me with respect and a great attitude...very few of these now a days...

Store associate appeared to cover a large area within store. Took a while to make customer contact. BUT when reached customer provided EXCELLENT service / attention - from pricing of items to assisting loading items.

I love homedepot. Most of the time my visit is wonderful. Today probably because it was just opened and very early in the morning the associates were not all there. The minute I went in an associate said he would help me. He,then met another associate and told him I was looking for,hoses and that associate said he would help. As we were walking another associate came up,and told the other associate he would help. When we got closer to,the hoses site there was another associate that led me there to find out that they did not have the 6 ft. Hoses in stock. Then I visited the garden department and no,one was available. Then I went to the insect and ant poison and shopped there. No one was available there. Finally I went to checkout and the young man called the homedepot in Pharr and they did not have the 6 ft. Hose either. The cashier was very nice.

My favorite department is the garden center; I could be there for hours and I don't even feel the time. The plants are extremely healthy and very well kept; I which I could have a bigger yard to plant more from the selection this department has. When I retired from my present job, I would like to work for this department at this store.

I was very happy with the service I received. The associate provided options that I could use and then walked with me to another area of store rather than simply send me to look for product. Made my experience feel important and satisfied with overall experience. This is type of service I expect and received.
