Great costumer service and always clean.

I was immediately greeted by an employee when I walked in and taken directly to the area I needed to be in to find the product I was wanting to purchase. A+ on that mark. The store was well stocked (it had six of the mowers that I wanted) and very neat. The pricing displays were clear and they included some spec information which allowed to confirm my purchase. When I asked the associate about her thoughts on Briggs & Stratton engines vs. Honda engines, she provided me with her honest input. I appreciated that very much.

FRIENDLY STAFF- GREAT SERVICE AT CASH OUT- OLDER GENTLEMAN HELPED RING ME UP QUICK AND GET ME GOING IN NO TIME- HARD TO FIND CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS NEW GENERATION- IT IS A DYING BREED. I AM GRATEFUL THAT HOME DEPOT HIRES OLDER RESPONSIBLE AND SEASONED INDIVIDUALS THAT KNOW THEIR INDUSTRY AND THEIR STORE.

This store was very clean and well organized, the associates in the flooring department, and the paint department were very helpful and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed.

Managers aren’t willing to help the customers that keep them employed. In specifically Robert, he said he would help but then changed his mind. Clear lack of professionalism and empathy. He chose to not help. Even when I begged, he had the ability to go so. Even the cashier in-front of me said he could. He CHOSE not to! I hope you hire better more qualified staff. People who actually have integrity.

Associates greeted us anywhere we went throughout the store. Most departments had someone available to help.

The salesperson at this store was quite busy but still hunted me down when he became available.

This store is always neat, clean and well organized. They rarely run out of whatever I need and everyone is very friendly. Their selection, particularly in the garden center is outstanding.

Justin from Flooring, and Jeff from Painting were two associates who behaved and performed far and beyond what a store associate would perform. Friendly, diligent, and very importantly, “patient” as we are not technically savvy on flooring installation and interior wall painting. In sum, great experience because of two great employees.

Your cashier, Alejandra was very quick and friendly. She made shopping a little more enjoyable!

I have been shopping Home Depot stores for along time and most stores are usually clean and employees are usually very helpfull and nice. they make my shopping very easy.

Every time I have a project, I go the Home Depot and see John from the paint department. Even though he is not at all departments, he always gives me an idea for my project. John is always friendly and very knowledgeable. So next time you go to Home Depot, stop by the paint department and say hi John, you'll see what I am talking about.

John in the Paint Department was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the Paint color I was buying
