I needed help to locate and then to retrieve an item from a very tall shelf. Two employees stepped in immediately, both very friendly, professional and efficient. One in particular really worked hard to safely retrieve the item and help me get in and out quickly, since I was limited on time.

I have been buy at this Home Depot it is always a Great experience!!

Veronica, greeted me with a smile! I know cashiers are usually stuck at the register. As soon I she saw me heading her way she greeted me and asked if I found everything ok also how my day going. Little things like that go a long way.

Jeff was helpful in point out which power tools products I would need.

We shop here all the time and find all we need each time. This last time we could not find a price for a plant I was going to purchase and the manager of the store decided to gift it to me. Thank you so very much.

I would have given them 5 stars had the manager been in that day ( Friday) apparently not, but wanted to ask for 24 months zero onterest, and cashier said pnly manager could approve and they weren't there. They only had 1 item not available for my project so that was a us and the store was clean. Overall they are better at assisting and answering the phone better than any other valkey home depot.

Customer return associates are rude and not help.

I bought a water heater for a good price.

My husband and I went to look for paint with no idea of what we needed. The two employees from Home Depot on Trenton rd and 10th st. From the paint department were really helpful and he actually explained everything to us. We really appreciate their help and look forward to continue going to that Home Depot and recommending it to our family and friends. Thanks for the help!

bought a troy bilt mower and it works perfectly !

I needed to run in for a quick item isles were marked well. They had both self checkout and full service checkout. I do not use self checkout, but was able to get checked out quickly by a friendly checker.

I went there looking for a circular saw and they cashier helped me check out and told me about a promotion that I could you in order to save money so I did and I was able not only to save money but also was very satisfied with the high quality of service they have.

This Home Depot store is a great place to shop. Employees are very courteous, friendly and very helpful. I enjoy shopping at this store.

Everything in it's right place

Never returning. We purchased a new Ryobi chainsaw and it turns out it was used, with gasoline still inside of it! We never opened it before hand so we didn't realize until at the Return Checkout, where the employee Leonel treated us like we were trying to pull a fast one! We saw from the previous customers that the employees don't even check the merchandise before returning the product back on the shelves. No wonder we got a used chainsaw for the price of a new one!
