Great customer service at the Redmond, Oregon store. Super helpful and friendly employees.

If you ever want to feel like you’re a priority in a store come here when Cory is on shift and I promise you, you will have the most amazing experience shopping. You won’t feel rushed. You will get your questions answered and not feel like a bother, you will get met with kindness and respect. I’ve never reviewed a store. Much less an employee. But I feel so obligated to do so with him due to the experience he gave us while shopping at Home Depot one evening. I’ll forever be a costumer as long as he’s employed there.

Jeff in hardware is awesome. He went out of his way to ensure that I got my product from the overhead.

We were dreading running all around the big store to find the unique product we needed , the employee Austin was knowledgeable and very helpful and pleasant, he took us right to everything we needed and made the trip easy and fast. Everyone who works there that we came across was cheerful , we definitely will continue to shop here.

Sean understood appliances and especially refrigerators. Was very helpful in finding the proper size of refrigerator and with the desired features.

I WENT INTO THE REDMOND HOME DEPOT WITH A LONG SHOPPING LIST. I WAS REFERRED TO THE CONTRACTOR'S DESK BY AN EMPLOYEE WHO WAS ASSISTING ME, WHEN WE DISCOVERED THE STORE DID NOT HAVE THE AMOUNT OF BIRCH PLYWOOD I NEEDED. LINDA AT THE CONTRACTORS DESK WENT OUT OF THE WAY TO ASSIST ME AND HELPED ME FIND ALL THE OTHER LITTLE PARTS I NEEDED TO COMPLETE MY PROJECTS, THANK YOU LINDA

Natasha was extremely helpful multiple times, once I asked her for helped and she didn't just give me an isle number she went with me to look, the second time she just seen the confused look on my face and asked if I needed help again.... then she helped me apply for a credit card very fast and efficiently

If you need any help at this location, I recommend Monica, Bonnie and Cory. These three gals always go above and beyond to help or correct any issues. My one and only interaction with manager Xy was very disappointing after asking for assistance. He gives incorrect info and goes against Home Depot policy. Hot tip: despite what Xy says, Redmond home depot store will match exclusive offers from Home Depot online if the store has all the items to make the bundle deal. I spent hours on the phone to confirm this multiple times with Home Depot main customer service.

we buy stuff from homedepot all the time love how easy it is to return things if you have a problem they have great service there is always someone to help you on whatever you are working onwe bought a fridgerator and love it we have had it for about 2 months it works great

I shopped at the Redmond, OR Home Depot this morning. I kept hearing over the intercom about the very special Military Discount. What they didn't say is using the phone app to get the discount is a real pain in the rear. I don't remember my password so logging onto the app to get the discount is useless.

An employee told Steve in plumbing to meet me as I needed assistance. It was obvious that I was an interruption to whatever he was doing as he blew me off, and told another employee to take me to the plumbing section. When I asked that employee my questions he said I could go online and look. I told him I’d already researched online and was now in the store to see the items in person and talk to someone for more information. He said he didn’t know the answers and I should be talking to Steve. I said it was obvious that Steve had no interest in providing any information and he reluctantly agreed. A business is only as good as its customer service so I’ll be checking out other businesses that treat their customers with respect.

I love shopping at the Redmond Home Depot. They are always neat and clean and friendly.

Shelves for Stockton people were helpful and I appreciate that I've been there before and it wasn't so nice Virginia the cashier was wonderful also super festive and super bubbly and very kind

I purchase quite a few household items every month at Home Depot. The store employees are always friendly and if I need help they are always willing to help me find what I need.

I was looking for trims , a lot of choices, the butcher block prices very low.

An employee went way beyond the call of duty to help me in the paint department and that made it a good experience.

Train people in the basic information they need to work in a department!

Bonni made the return of our riding mower quick and easy. I could not find the original receipt, she was able to find it from my credit card and make the return painless, with a smile. What a gem, good job Home Depot.

Amazing customer service!

I found the store in very good order. Upon arrival I got a good feeling as an employee was hustling to gather shopping carts in the parking lot. From my experience what you find in the parking lot will be repeated inside the store. I found exactly the plumbing parts I needed with the help from a very knowledgable employee and upon checking out, the cashier was so positive and I even got thanked for shopping at the store.
