    Good experience this time.
    Visiting a Home Depot can be a hit or a miss, sometimes there are no employees to be found for any kind of help. But this time, I was fortunate and found a gal who took quite a bit of time to help me get exactly what I needed for electrical switches. She even called in another employee when she didn't have an answer to my question, but the end result was that I got exactly what I needed and she was very helpful.

            Handy location and friendly staff
            It's so convenient to have this store nearby. While I am not a fan of big chain stores generally, this one manages to act and feel like the local "shop around the corner". Friendly greetings and staff who really do live in my neighborhood! Treats for my dog, decent selection of merchandise, and easy check-out means a pleasant run to get what's needed for home repairs. Keep up the great job!

              The only thing is if you don't have in stock and I have to buy through the website they should make shipping quicker I had a project I personally wanted to do weeks ago but because everything's online shopping you did not have what I needed in stock only on the website so I have to wait a week and a half

                    Great team that work in lumber
                    my son and I went to get a piece of 3/8 plywood for a project that I am doing. my son is 10 months and I had him strap to my chest. So that I can push the lumber cart two guys in the lumber department came over to help me load the piece of wood onto my cart so I didn’t have to put my son down And then once I was done shopping, one of the guys came with me to go load the wood in my truck so I don’t have to put my son down. super great team they have over there.

                        Great experience
                        I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed help finding anything. When I went to check out at the self checkout, there was a clerk there that quickly scanned my item. I paid and was off in a jiffy. Best Home Depot experience ever.

                            Ridgid 12” R4222 miter saw
                            Bought this saw a couple years ago. Promised lifetime service and parts. Need to replace front dust chute. HD said contact Ridgid. Ridgid says unavailable/ obsolete. Yet, HD offers the model for sale on shelf. HD ‘associate’ says you need to spend $400.00 for replacement $3.00 replacement part. What incentive to shop Home Depot?

                                We are usually greeted upon entry to the store and thanked when we leave. Employees will lead the way to any product you’re looking for, not just point in a direction.If an employee can’t answer your questions about products, they go get someone who can. It’s most often an enjoyable experience shooing at HD.

                                  Help needed
                                  I had a roofing repair and wasn't sure exactly what I needed. Home Depot emplees showed me what I needed and brought it to the front of the store for me. It's not the first time Home Depot employees have went out of there way to get me what I needed. Before I let the employee told me if I needed help with my project to call and they might be able to give me information to help with my project.

                                        The people is what makes the store and selection is huge
                                        The people are so helpful. This time the very first person I seen asked me if I needed some help. His name is Larrie. He greeted me with a smile, asked me how I was doing and if I needed any help. From start to finish he showed me where the animal troughs were and then even helped me carry it to my truck and we loaded it. I’m going back again to look at their trailer storage boxes this weekend.

                                          We ordered a new shower stall and had it delivered to our home. One of the stall walls was damaged and when I called to ask for a replacement, Gabby was happy to help. She got a new one ordered for us, called when it came in. She helped us return the damaged piece and get the replacement picked up. We sure appreciate all of her help!

                                            Pleasant conversation with great results
                                            The employee who helped us was pleasant and inquisitive about our needs and wants with the features that the products came with. The end final decision was hopefully what we wanted we will know when the product arrives.

                                              Attentive customer service people
                                              I visited the Home Depot in Redmond while I was helping with a home DIY project for my cousin. I live in South King county in Washington state and have to say that the customer service I received from the people at the Home Depot in Redmond was exceptional as the customer service that we get here is abysmal.                                                 I'm elderly and disabled and have to shop online and then call the store to put my choices in the pickup area for my representative to pay and pickup. This is a personal and very appreciative service. I will always go to This store first for anything they carry.

                                                          Ordered a $5000 door, including install.
                                                          In August, 2024, we ordered an Anderson door, $4000 door, $1000 install. The door arrived in October. The installer came and opened the box and said, "I wouldn't put this in my house." There was cosmetic damage, but, shipping box was not damaged. We are waiting on a resolution and were told the door would not be installed before Christmas. It is very frustrating.
