Why bother going elsewhere

I had all the windows in my home replaced and the guys Home Depot sent out did a great job. Very happy with the results. They finished the job in one day and the windows look great.

I had a worry free friendly experience.. the gentleman in the pain section was glad to retrieve vinyl from flooring for me with hesitation

HAD AN ISSUE WITH PAINT THAT THE ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER RESOLVED. ALTHOUGH THE RETURN CASHIER WAS UNCOOPERATIVE, ONCE WE REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THE STORE MANAGER, HE UNDERSTOOD THE PROBLEM AND RESOLVED IT IMMEDIATELY. PAINT DEPT MANAGER WENT BEYOND EXPECTATIONS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT.

This store is getting better every time I have gone there over the last few months. I enjoy going there now.

I want to say thanks to the team behind the customer service desk. A simple mistake was made last month that led to me getting the wrong Home Depot credit card. The folks at customer service at this store (most notably my cashier Cameron) worked with me for nearly two and a half hours and make things as right as possible. I truly appreciate the rffort and patience they had for me.

I have shopped at this Home Depot location for a number of years and always found staff very cordial and helpful.

Always find what I need..we drive 40 miles 1 way

I needed a specialty light bulb (yes, bulbs are not just bulbs anymore) and could not find what I wanted. The gentle giant known as Tiny explained the differences and helped me find what I needed. Now I'm going to start another project (a terrarium) using another specialty bulb. Lots more to explore when finding something new.

I doubt that I've ever gone into my Home Depot and not found what I went there for..

We recently purchased blinds from the Home Decor Dept at Home Depot and, the salesperson, Diana Hernandez, went above and beyond to help us in every possible way!! She patiently answered ALL of our questions and she took, what was a very stressful situation and made it fun and enjoyable!! Her professionalism and knowledge of the product was refreshing!!!

We purchased a Refrigerator as ours in our home is too small and this one has all the size and features we wanted. The lady clerk (Sean) was outstanding in all aspects.

Without fail, employees are available to help- and if one can’t they will find one who can. As am amateur fixer upper and inexperienced homeowner really appreciate how dependable the knowledgeable staff is at redmond Home Depot. Good selection and quality. Returns- easy peasy, always have receipts because they are emailed and I can store them in a receipt file instead of keeping track of paper.

Very friendly people!! Cameron got all my orders correct or quickly made it correct if it wasn’t, Beverly in cabinets and countertops made my kitchen so beautiful, the girls at the pro desk are SO helpful and saved me $$$$, Jesse in the paint department was always amazing.. all of them and more made building a house easier and we’re so quick to help everything go smooth and save me money. Thank you for the amazing customer service!!

Novice handy person here, appreciate the helpful ‘pros’ working at Redmond Home Depot. Sometimes I’ve had an idea how to do a project or fix something, when I ask, the sales people take time to answer thoroughly. Good diversity of products, helpful sales folks, make it really easy to choose this store over the other major competitor in town.

I interacted with 3 different employees and they were all great! Bonnie at checkout was really helpful.

I talked to 5 people 1 even being a manager and got passed along I just about gave up and walked out. But there was no line at Customer Service and Derek actually assisted me. He called Bend and found what I needed and did a wonderful job at being genuine to understand my frustration. The company I work for goes to Home Depot a-lot for parts and i will forever only go to Derek when I’m in need of a specific part because he knows what he is doing. Give him a raise for actually being knowledgeable of your products and policies and outstanding customer service. GO DEREK! No one wants to work anymore so thank you for working!

I have never had a single bad shopping experience at this store not once. Even though the years I have been shopping here I have to say kudos have to be given to both management and employees, great job you guys!

Recently bought a couple of major appliances here. The staff really knew their business!

Do not ever buy an appliance and have it installed. Worst experience ever. And don’t expect to get all of your money back all at once. I am still waiting for the rest of my money back. Also, they insinuated I had kept the dishwasher, more or less called me a liar.

We’ve all been there - not an orange vest to be found! But we were continually being asked if we needed help and the employees checked back with us. Great store!
