Found everything I needed and a few things I didn't need but wanted just the same. They have Halloween all set up, so it was hard to resist I had to pick up a few spooky things which made my shopping experience fun. Nice store helpful employee's.

I came to the store to return a houseplant. Tara completed my return with ease. She was extremely friendly and helpful. I do not typically leave reviews, but felt compelled to do so given how Tara positively impacted my day. I hope she receives recognition for her ability to successfully complete her roles as an employee in addition to making customers feel satisfied and happy!

Many people try to steal and it makes me sick

I was able to get the socket adapter I needed that another store did not have.

One of the very best experience I have had with Home Depot. I have been a customer for years.

At the Northtowne store in Reno NV, Tara who works in costumer service continues to exceed my expectation of excellent service and attitude.

The past and current associates in the lumber check out are so rude. The cashier says the the clearance “purple painted” wood is not real wood and it’s only 50% off. I said oh did they change their policy? And she exclaimed, “ ITS ALWAYS BEEN THAT WAY” “REAL WOOD IS 70% OFF AND NON REAL WOOD IS ONLY 50% OFF!” I’ve never heard of that and I know one thing for sure. If my employees ever are rude a not personable with my clients, they will be reviewed, warned, then if it happens again, fired.

We just bought a new house in the area. We have already made several trips to this store. The employees in flooring, paint, hardware and at checkout have been great. We will for sure be back!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REALLY MEES UP WITH MY RETURN ,INSTEAD OF PUT BACK MY FULL RETURN TO MY HOME DEPOT CREDIT CARD THEY GIVE ME STORE CREDIT

Purchased a water heater and new hook ups. Great advise from the plumbing department for it to go smoothly on the install

Went in to purchase a clearance item. Was treated VERY poorly by Jessica, a "coach" and lied to about the item I needed. Apparently employees there will tell you what is convenient for them just to get you to leave. (Very long story here). She embarrassed me in front of a line of customers and multiple employees. I shop there regularly and have never had a problem. This was enough for me to not shop at Home Depot again.

I came to grab 3 items and had to ask for help. Robbie walked by and I asked him to help me. He walked me to each aisle and showed my several options before giving his recommendation. He explained each item to me and how I could mount the item I finally went with. He was very helpful and kind.

Paul is the best at customer service. He always greets you with a smile.

People r great just need to loosen up a bit meaning cut up like a new pair of scissors with respect and admiration to the elders I like when people make other people smile or get their heart to HIT a beat...goodday!

Amy is what customer service is about. Taking care of customers with ease. The entire customer service staff possessed caring and extremally friendly. That comes from management and to many these days don't go the extra mile.

The guys working in the window blinds dept are outstanding, very knowledgeable. Extremely helpful and friendly.

I was very impressed with the millwork specialists knowledge of the products and how April Cross walked me through the different styles of doors and I was able to pick out and order the door that I wanted much faster than I thought it would have taken. I will most definitely go back and shop at the store again

Never a hassle to find someone to help

Helpful staff especially Jasmine and Tyler at the customer service desk. They are always helpful and assist me in placing bulk orders

Every time I come into this location, I am greeted by at least one, if not more employees, no matter how busy they are. The aisles are kept free of debris and it is easy to get around the store. If you don't know where something is, asking any of the employees around the store doesn't seem to bother them, and they are always polite and helpful with the answer. If they don't know, they always find out. I love this store!

Noemitt (Mimi) at the customer service desk at the Northtowne store went above and beyond to help my husband and I.

This is a GREAT ! store , worth the extra miles to shop this location
