I needed help with a custom door, and April Cross helped me get EXACTLY what I wanted. I had been cringing thinking that I would have one door different in my home, but she has been working there long enough she knew a manufacturer where I could get it. So HAPPY!

Answered our questions, took measurements, went out of his way. Hit a homerun!!

Convenient location, consistently great friendly service, had all items in stock, easy check-out. Easy returns.

I needed help with a faucet part and Debbie, in Plumbing, was fantastic! My product was not on the counter so she grabbed a ladder and retreived what I needed from a high box. And she even found a faucet like mine to make sure the product would fit. In these difficult times it was so nice of Debbie to go out of her way for us - she is awesome not to mention very patient as I had no idea what I was talking about - Thanks Again

Clerks seem lost or confused

Cashier scanned my QR code on phone and said I got discount. However, when getting home, I see I did not get the $15 discount I expected.

I've spent a lot of time, as many people have, over the pandemic doing work on my house. This has meant buying A LOT of paint. This store has THE BEST people in the paint department that don't make you feel like an inconvenience for asking them to mix paint. Can't say that about other HD's in our area.

The employees at the Home Depot at 2955 Northtown Lane in Reno, Nevada are the BEST!! They are ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL and know how to treat their customers!! ALL of you GREAT EMPLOYEES KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! Thanks you!!

Terrible customer service at this and all Home Depot's

Store is busy, but employees will stop to advise you of locations of items you need.

I've been to all of our local Home Depot stores. They are all very good. However, store 3304, I believe, is exceptional. Their employees are very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. I would (and sometimes do) drive extra miles to go to store 3304 and I often recommend Home Depot in general and store 3304 in specific to my friends and business acquaintances.

Can't give enough praise to this store and how the associates and management treat their customers....they are GREAT while always working on being better....thanks Linsey at cust svc and Joe of management

If you enjoy waiting for a non existent cashier because they only have SELF CHECK And the lumber line is 4 people deep feel free to enjoy your wait time. So big they dont care anymore!!

I frequently stop at this Home Depot - like daily. I am a single Mom who is handy around the house and have done several large home improvement projects with the experienced staff of Home Depot. I built a deck using Trex, laid down brick pavers, stained concrete, epoxied garage floors, sheet rocked and textured walls. I am proud of what I accomplished through the Home Depot. The staff - store managers: Joe, Kyle in gardening, Bob in plumbing, Jeanne in kitchen remodeling, Hans in Pro shop, the customer service gals and the check out lady with the fedora are fabulous folks who I enjoy seeing almost EVERY day at the Northtowne Home Depot. Keep smiling and I appreciate you all.
