Has COVID-19 impacted The Home Depot store hours?
We're temporarily adjusting store hours to better serve customers and communities in response to COVID-19. Please check your local store for the most current operating hours.

What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
The adjusted hours give stores the ability to staff appropriately and provide additional time to restock shelves and perform cleaning. As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.
We're promoting social distancing in our stores and distribution centers, which includes stores limiting the number of customers inside at any given time. In addition to training our associates on social distancing, we've placed distancing markers at some of our checkout counters and are making overhead announcements on our store PA systems asking customers to practice social distancing.

This is about HD Policy. 2 months ago I bought a Toro mower. The 2nd time I used it, the drive belt stuck and burned it. I took it back for repair or replace. They said it would be sent to Atlanta, not to return for 3-6 months! I took it home, removed the belt, and took it to the store. They would not replace it, since it was more than 30 days (HD Policy). I paid full price for a new one. This will be my, and my extended family's last purchase at Home Depot!

Same level of great service, the one stand-out was the help I received from Scott (101). I was blown off and essentially lied to by another employee who looked as if he was in a slight rush to get somewhere but was not working with another customer. I asked that employee for price verification, and he (still in motion) told me he would get someone else who was actually working with a customer. He never told they guy. I told Scott (101) what happened and he went out of his way to take care of it!

We recently visited Home Depot on DeZavala Rd & received excellent service from Todd! We visited once to check out the appliances on the floor & Todd gave us a lot of good information and suggestions about measuring our kitchen to ensure proper fit of new appliances. On our second visit, he was again very helpful by assisting us with locating the appliances we'd seen online and explained differences in similar appliances we were interested in. We ended up ordering 3 new kitchen appliances with Todd's help. Overall, I highly recommend this Home Depot store!
