We stopped in to look around when my wife convinced me to get salt for the water softener. While Michelle W. at the counter was really helpful and friendly, Ryan and Andre were the REAL MVPs. I thought they were getting me a flatbed cart so I can get all the bags loaded, but no. They insisted on loading all of the salt on the cart AND into my car. I was really appreciative after being coerced into sneak-attack, honey-do stop-in to Home Depot. Thanks guys (and sorry for taking a photo of your nametags... dad brain makes you forget stuff).

I don't even consider shopping anywhere else if they have what I need, which they usually do.

I simply dread going through yourself check out. The app is poorly designed, I can never get the 10% military discount due to the app. Your Wi-Fi is generally weak. I dread checking out at the self check out.

We always enjoy shopping at the NE Mesa Home Depot, the staff is helpful and friendly.

Why bother to have employees at all? There is no one there to help and you are expected to check yourself out. I do not like Home Depot.

I like to get material and tools, is pretty convenient and easy

I drive past another Home Depot to shop at the Mckellips & Power Rd store. Best staff and pleasant atmosphere.

Did not get my cupboards, which were on order my kitchen is pulled apart and I may not get covered now for another month to six weeks

We specifically shop at this store (McKellips- Mesa) because of Brittany, Tyler and Daphne. They ALWAYS go out of their way to help us whenever we need it. They are professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. Please thank them for us. Mike/Syrena/Jed (pup).

Lumber abd customer service very disappointing

I enjoy helping outhers with makeing thigs and doing my one prodjects and I also like o help with hevie lifting and moing

I've found that the HD prices are competive and the store is well stocked. The employees that I encounter on my frequent trips are knowlegable and seem happy to help.

Store as well stocked and looks clean. But people can't even be bothered to walk with you to find something. That's also saying that you might even find somebody in a department since there's nobody in the departments anymore.

This is my neighborhood store and I go there several times a month. I usually know what I'm looking for and where to find it. However, when I DO need help, it's next to impossible to find someone. They are usually huddled together and you have to search the whole store for them. Then, once I ask for help, they just say "on isle #". I can't remember the last time anyone actually walked me to the location they direct me to.

I had an issue with trailer safety chains, I called and spoke to Tim in hardware. He was about ready to punch out for the day, but he stayed and saw it through. Tim is a Rock Star!!!!!

Sue, from flooring was extremely helpful in locating the items I was looking for. I had wandered aisle after aisle and was getting frustrated. She was calm, polite, knowledgable, and not only found the items I was looking for, but offered me several flooring products that would work for my needs. Kudos, Sue!

So glad this store is within a mile or sow of our home. It is my "go to" store.

The Home Depot, like most of corporate America, has gone downhill. There is a lack of support and knowledge in these stores that I had hoped would improve over the past couple decades but continues to disappoint. Corporate greed is spilling into the work force in the form of NOBODY CARES!

Very pleased with this store, they always have what I’m looking for. Been there a couple of times this week, they always have what I’m looking for.

In general the store was clean and has the same appearance as always. However, it did feel understaffed as I had to search for help in each department I visited with the exception of the paint department. The staff does not seem to be as knowledgable as they should and I was told to go find someone else more than once. Part of the issue is the entitlement of the younger generations and their unwillingness to be humble, smile, and learn to provide real knowledge in their department. Prices are high and customer service is down, which reflects on how big business is being exploited to benefit finances of the upper class. Things could be much better for everyone if everyone cared at all levels. An investment of time and money into lower costs and training would be very insightful and beneficial.

This is the best home improvement store around the North Mesa area.. Always has clean aisles and friendly helpful employees every time I go..

I went for the mulch that was on sale and found what I needed.

I visit the Home Depot on a regular basis. Today I needed to buy a small device. I found it with directions from on employee and headed to the cash. John H was the cashier. He was very friendly and helpful and we chatted while I checked out. I left the Home Depot that day with a smile on my face, thanks to John H. It was an extremely pleasant shopping experience.
