I already have a Home Depot Business account and the Cashier Keisha asked me did I want to open another one.. I couldn't help to laugh but then I see she was very serious. So I heard her out about the no interest fee for the 6 months but what got me was the free $25 homedepot

Would not recommend buying appliances at Home Depot. Had a terrible time scheduling delivery. Paid for the installation and when man arrived he kept going back and forth saying he couldn't install it (then that he could). I was told my rep. at store not to accept the delivery if they could not install it because then they would NOT refund you the $100 installation fee. So I cancelled the order and had to go back to the store to ask that it be delivered again but to get refunded delivery fee and the haul away fee ($15). Got a phone call that they changed the delivery time and it was during the work day so no one would be home. I called to ask they change it and just delivery it to the home depot and I could pick it up there later that day, but it took ONE HOUR to get to speak to someone at the store and about 20 minutes to talk to someone at the warehouse/delivery contractor they hire. It was a waste of my time! I finally go through and they said the contractor/delivery company cancelled the order because they had tried to deliver 3 times (Not true). So, then I left a complaint and all of a sudden I got calls from the manager and HR department in Atlanta. Now they decide to give my customer service after I complain and waste a bunch of time. They even made a big deal about refunding me the money. I said I was fine that they cancelled it because I was over it and wanted to get my money back and even that took a week to get the ordered really cancelled and I'm still waiting for the refund to hit my credit card. Just make sure you are aware of their delivery policies and often bad customer service. The delivery options are not great. They don't let you choose the time frame. I ended up buying at another big appliance store chain similar to Home Depot and it was a much smoother and cheaper process! And customer service was a lot better.

I appreciate the store's return policy. It makes my life easier. It's great to know that you won't be severely punished for making a purchasing mistake.

I should have listened to the YELP reviews and stay away

Crystal at the return/customer service desk turn a what is usually a nightmare (returning something to a big store) a pleasant customer experience. She actually cared about the customer and she did everything to make my return easy and without drama. Home Depot should have more employees like Crystal and she should be rewarded for your great customer service.
