good store!!!!! I will come to store again that's for sure

The store itself is fine. However, every time I go to the store, it is difficult to find someone to help you to find where some items are. I think they should add more employees.

Very clean store, beautiful tiles, and showrooms for kitchen and bathrooms are awesome, I got a ,or of great ideas for my proyect...thanks

I went with my daughter to purchase paint for a home project. When the paint was ready to be picked up I noticed that the color did not resemble the sample I had from the vendor. I was concerned and expressed it to the attendant. He was extremely helpful and offer for me to make another choice. I did and was very pleased with the results.

I love shopping at home depot I have made it my second home.

PRODUCTS FOR OLD HOUSES DIFFICULT TO FIND AND SPECIAL ORDER IS REQUIRED WHICH MAKE THE PRICE INCREASE DRAMATICALLY. ASSOCIATES ARE AVAILABLE INSIDE STORE , BUT NOT FOR HELP TO CARRY HEAVY ITEMS INSIDE VEHICLE.

I was rushed to get items to ship to the Bahamas before shipper closed at 4:pm. We made it because staff was fast and efficient.

My experience at this store was very positive and easy. The associates were all very helpful in directing us to the areas where we could locate what we were looking for and also in asssiting us in choosing the right item we needed. Once we knew exactly what we wanted, all was made very easy for us to have our order processed for payment and delivery. I would recommend this store thumbs up!

Every time my husband and I have a project we come to this store. The associates like Tina are extremely helpful. Last time I was there a young man help me figure out which LED lighting would be better for my home. I can not recall his name, but I got my daylight LED light bulbs. The associates are knowledgeable and helpful. It is our store. :)

Fabian the cashier was so nice and helpful , the associates in garden were also very helpful .

In the plumbing department needed assistance with purchasing a hot water heater. The associate did not have a clue to the questions I was asking.

some of the isles due to the high stacking still don't have enough light to read the small tags.. Plus your male clerks look at women with an un pleasant view when asked questions..

This is the best Home Depot!!! The store has always what other store don't have!!This is the second time that I buy my curtains there and I am really happy with them!! The associate are always helpful, polite and acknowledged in person and at the phone! Keep going like that guys and you will be the example for the whole Miami!!

There are thousands of products to choose from. Thanks for the availability so that I don't have to go to any other store for anything except food. Paper towels are there, bathroom tissue is there..... things you always need In the home. I Love Home Depot !

Prior to my visit to Home Depot, I went to HomeDepot.com to read reviews and comments about the kind of product I was looking for. I put the information to look for the HomeDepot that is closest to me to see if they had what I needed in stock, which they did. When I picked product that I liked that it had great reviews. I looked up the product information and settings it had which made up my mind that it was the right products indeed. I printed out a friendly version of the page I was on and the first thing I noticed was that it had an aisle and bay number which made my whole Home Depot experience great! I found the item quickly which gave me extra time to walk around and look at all the other sections. I took my time in the storage aisle, I saw they had great prices for shelves! I'll definitely come back on the weekend to start on my next project! I completely recommend this store to anyone looking for anything! Friendly staff, great products, and everything is always stocked! I downloaded the Home Depot App and it's really great and easy to use! Thanks Home Depot for being so awesome!

Went to my local store to purchase kitchen appliances and went to a local well known huge appliance store and Home Depot beat their bottom line by about 700$ and had special order items that the other store didn't even have available to purchase. Was extremely happy with the price now waiting to see the quality of how the delivery and installation services are provided. Associates in the store were patient and extremely helpful. Definitely have recommended Home Depot to friends and family and look forward to continuing to buy and save with the POWER OF HOME DEPOT!

I found the young Lady working in Self Check-out was an exceptional employee.

All good but this time we got the wrong product in the previously open box

I have been taking surveys for a few years now and with the same complaint every time! I used to love shopping at The Home Depot but now it is aggravating! All items/products should have prices listed/visible for all shoppers to see. I should NOT have to find a store associate, locate a scanner/kiosk and/or use my phone to go to the web site to find the price of an item that I would like to purchase. This is very aggravating. ALL ITEMS NEED TO HAVE VISIBLE/POSTED PRICES! PLEASE CORRECT THIS ISSUE! I would appreciate it very much to be able to go back to enjoying my visits at The Home Depot!

Had a little difficulty finding a particular product for fountain that wasn't available, but overall experience was great!

The store associates are very nice and helpful. However the store can appear very cluttered from time to time. It needs to be better organized. Nice to place to shop when not to crowded. Go early.
