I was treated in the worst way by employee Maria Elena in Shelving department, She has no manner to treat with clients

I always stop at this store since it’s right off of the exit. it’s been newly renovated and it’s a pleasure to shop here. Everything is always in stock and easily accessible.

Only 2 open cash register , huge line to pay, employees do no care about it

Just like other home depots this one makes you wait in a long line because they do not open enough registers. Most of the employees appear to want to avoid helping customers. They improved the front area a little bit so I saw of crowded for people to walk by with carts. But of course there's a long line that blocks the walking area because of the registers situation. Unfortunately most employees appear to be miserable and it looks like they want to share the misery with the customers.

Great store and definitely coming back were very helpful throughout the buying experience.

Customer service provided by Mr mike at plumbing and shantelle on the registers mr mike does not get enough praise for going above and beyond for home depot customers!!! 10/10 hes amazing every single time.

Andres and Bree from the paint station were very helpful. They worked very fast and very attentive to details. Amazing workers. And female assistant manager was also very nice and took care of needs. I did not her name unfortunately.

The team at the SW Dade Store (not Hialeah) is amazing. They will go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. I will and have bypass my local store to shop at SW Dade Home Depot.

We are currently remodeling our home and have been to numerous Home Depot’s in our area and this has to be the worse store for customer service. We waited 30 mins in an aisle for assistance with doors and no one showed up. Every worker who passed by us was uninterested to help or find us any help. All the workers we came across looked unmotivated to work. Very disappointed with the workers at this location. I will never return

I bought several pieces of lumber at this store and thankfully a manager was actively engaged because the workers with him were terrible.. The manager demonstrated excellent customer service skills and outstanding leadership. The managers name is Henry Herrera, if he were not there to de-escalate the situation it would have been a terrible experience because the worker that was with him had a horrible attitude, did not want to work and even used his break time to get out of doing work.. mentioning it several times during the 10 minutes we were talking. Henry ignored this person and made sure I was satisfied. He deserves a raise while the worker should be fired! I wish I would have gotten this persons name because I'm sure there are hundreds of other people that would prefer working and not just looking for a way to get out of doing their job.

Teresita did a great job at handling my transaction. I would add a map of all locations in the store. Makes things easier to find.

Overall I've always had great service at this Home Depot , but this specific time the service went well above what was required. After completing my shopping I went to start my car and realized the battery was dead. I asked a number of customer's for help with no luck. The store manager noticed there was an issue and ended up helping me get on my way. I consider this outstanding customer service. Thanks again and you now have loyal customer.

Apparently they made a mistake with the product code and it was coming up as $0.01 and the cashier refused to sell the item for that price. She took it to another person that changed the price. I believe that if they made a mistake they should honor the price and then change it in the system. She was very rude in the process!

I was in one of your stores today making a return & purchasing materials for repairs for one of my properties. Store 0209 @ 5500 NW 167th Street HIaleah, Fl. 33014 The return was on 8/3/2021 around 11:00 AM. I was in line waiting to return an item. I was called to the return desk and that is when Roshida told me that I needed to wear a mask or she was not going to help me and placed a box of face masks in front of me. I advised her that a face mask is not mandatory and that I did not see any signs outside the store requiring face covering. She advised me that I had to wear a face mask, I asked her on what store policy was she basing her request for me to wear a mask? She advised me that it was all over the news for me to wear a mask. So I replied to her, you make your own store policies based on the news! She refused to take care of me and walked to the back of the department behind a metal partition. I asked her and another employee to call me the store manager. Maria handled my return with no issues. I was advised that he was busy and it was going to take a while. I waited about 15 minutes and the store assistant manager came over to talk to me. I forgot his name but he is a male. I advised him of what had taken place and he told me that it was a misunderstanding which I replied there is no misunderstanding on her part. It was done on purpose, she was rude, and created her own store policies based on the news. I told him that I did not want him just to have a talk with her but to have her written up for the incorrect way that she treats customers. He told me that he knew how to do his job and that he had worked for HD for the past 25 years. I asked the assistant store manager if Roshida was a customer service manager and he advised that she was an ex supervisor. Here we have another HD in store policy maker & mask police in this store.

I visited this store also. I found the product very easily, I look for assistant and after I found him, he help me. The store were very clean, employees are very friendly. Love customer services.

This is one of the best stores. The store is well staffed and everyone is helpful. I don’t mind driving to this store rather than the others that are closer to me.

Olga the cashier has a very bad attitude with the client, and the manager the same thing . People at the electrical were very friendly and helpful.
