I was in a hurry to get in and out, that is basically what happened a friendly staff member walked me to the item i needed, the cashier was smiling and friendly A PLUS. ALL THE WAY AROUND. THANKS HOME DEPOT u made my day

I always find what I am looking for and staff helpful when needed.

This store is very unprofessional. Major attitude issues. And if you need help carrying supplies you better bring help because everyone disappears when you need the help outside And alot of the staff just seems like they are there just to be there. No smiles. No greetings. Horrible

If I could give zero stars I would. This store is horrible but seems to be the only option in the area. I came in early on a Thursday morning to get some roof repair items and a carpet sample for my facilities technician to come back and purchase but when he returned he was unable to buy the carpet because the machine was down. No surprise after seeing the quarter inch of dirt on the pieces of carpet samples. On to the concrete tools, or what they pretend to be the tool section. The tools are located nowhere near the concrete, but good luck asking anyone for help because the employees that do show up in the aisle quickly run away rather than help the shoppers in the aisle. The shelves are missing at least half of the skus that should be on the shelf, while boxes sit in the overhead that should be brought down so shoppers like me could potentially purchase. At least I was able to get out quickly thanks to self checkout and the fact that I could process my own transaction. Store 209 is a sad state of affairs.

No customer service on the floor.

Home Depot has helpful friendly employees. As a woman not that savvy about fixing things I really appreciate the advice I get. I've saved a lot of money on my bills by their recommendation for certain appliances, and lighting fixtures.

Store is OK. Not the Best Home Depot in Miami, but people are friendly. Cashiers are fast and supplies are plenty. Store is not very clean or organized. Went for a $2500.00 fridge once... on display, but it takes a week couple of days to get it delivered. Need to work on that.Overall the store is good.

I always get the supplies that I need especially from East HIALEAH Home Depot at: 9:50 SE 12th Street-Hialeah, Fla. 33010

Good service and clean

I have found that this store has a little better Customer Service than the stores on calle 8 or Hialeah.

Excellent services provide by Sandy and Jean.

I was able to find what I was looking for, and not like, in the other that I could not find.

Ordering over the phone was a delightful experience.

I have good experience with the stores, clean, but the most important is how to found products quickly / fast and some time the good assistance is the part of a good shop, my experience today said years ago the personal was with better energy to help people. Home Depot need refresh personal.......competition es aggressive, internet is fast, and a good example is with Bher products at shop zip code 33161, you are looking paints and soon Bher s people help. And some time I think they need more assistance to the personal from the Manager of each Store. A good Líder, no way. Easy to do that, al depends of the General Manager.

NOT ONLY ITS PERSONNEL IS GREAT, BUT THE VARIETY OF THINGS IN THE STORE IS GREAT TOO. THERE ARE MANY HOME DEPOT STORES, HOWEVER, I BELIEVE ITS THE MANAGER AND THEIR ASSOCIATES THE ONES THAT MAKE A STORE A MAGNIFICENT STORE, OR JUST A STORE. GOING TO OTHER STORE MAY BE GOOD, EVEN THOUGH YOU DON'T FIND ALL THE VARIETY OF ITEMS YOU NEED, OR THERE IS ONLY ONE AND ITS OPENED OR RETURNED, ETC., BUT HERE AT THIS STORE YOU FIND ALL, IN GOOD QUANTITIES AND ORDERLY. THE PARKING IS EXCELLENT, THE TIME IT TOOK TO GO IN THEE STORE, ASK WERE I COULD FIND THE ITEM I WAS LOOKING FOR AND THE TIME IT TOOK PAY BY MYSELF THE ITEM AND LEAVE WAS 15 MINUTES.

So we're on another week I have given them at separate phone number and still absolutely nobody's calling I redid my kitchen here and again they were quick to take my money they messed up my kitchen but they won't fix it they make empty promises when you go in the store they act like they care and they act like they're doing something behind a computer but they're not doing anything straight up con artist

The store was clean and I always get what I need.
