I usually don’t shop this location. I think the parking lot is awful.

I came with my spouse to get decking boards, but there weren't enough on the shelf for us. We asked and were directed to the assistant responsible for number, who checked and found more boards are outside. He asked us to come to the back as it wouldn't be possible to move them on the shelf immediately, and patiently looked after us while we inspected and found the remaining 20 boards needed for us at the back door. We were very happy that we don't have to go to another store! Thank you!

Will not continue going to this location. Overly aggressive employees at self checkout, I knew I should’ve went to the female at self checkout who was smiling, but he said something first. He was not nice at all, and should not be in customer service.

The mulch was out of stock in the pick up asle and the attendant went inside and picked up 10 pallets and brought to my car to load, very helpful!

Lo, Adam, Ryan & Wayne are the best prodesk staff around, they always go the extra mile to make sure it’s right & accurate!

Was looking for two items in the store and only saw two associates in the floor on a Saturday- took too much time to find what I was looking for

Their checkout line is a chaotic mess. Yesterday a customer was directing people to the next cashier because no one knew what was going on especially the HD checkout people. It’s a terrible situation

Staff was kind and courteous.

The is the 2nd time I need a 4x8 piece of plywood ripped. I waited over 20 minutes for someone to rip it, but they couldn't find anyone qualified. I ended up leaving. This isn't the first time this has happened. HD used to be reliable.

We bought a tree and I was very beautifull, I really recommend this store.

Well maintained and organized stock of materials and fasteners. Great knowledgeable staff to help find things and get large sheets cut down on the frame saw.

I found what I needed very quickly, which saved time for me while needing to return to work. Tamra was very helpful

The shelves are well stocked and the employees seem to know where to direct you. The store is clean. Returns are easy and usually quick.

the pine straw that I purchased today was not good at all. lots of sticks and the rolls were wet and rottening on the bottom.

This is my favorite home improvement store to go to, mostly because of the staff. Friendly and openly wanting to help. (How refreshing in this day and age!!)

I don't know what has happened to this specific store in the past year but the ability to get support while in the store is horrendous. Home Depot has a great product selection and reputation but certain teams at this location puts that reputation at risk.

Brought back a light fixture to exchange for one that worked for home but the store was blocked from accepting our returns by corporate

We had a problem with an item we bought. Adrianne listened to us and when she could not solve our problem, went and got an assistant manager, Rich to help us further. Rich made sure we were completely happy and satisfied before we left. We were so impressed with their concern for our satisfaction. They went above and beyond to help us. Thanks guys!

Our salesman was thorough, knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with Mr. Albert Brown.

Cashier scanned an item which rang up at a price 25% above the price posted on the shelf where I picked the item up. No effort to resolve the issue. Another Sales Associate finally stepped in to correct the price to what was posted. Overall poor experience.

I recently needed to do some touch-up painting, and needed to get paint that would match my existing paint. Unfortunately, I did not know the brand/shade of my existing paint. I went to my local home depot, and I was able to get a couple of great paint matches from their paint department.

Very satisfied with this store, and I love shopping there.

Happy to share that several staff have been very knowledgeable & helpful with many of my home projects throughout the years. Specifically, staff in hardware, tools, electrical, lumber, & paints have been especially helpful resources in selecting the correct product to assure a successful home repair, improvement, or renovation! Bought a Porter Cable Nailer combo kit at store 3634 honored the $80 difference between stock and the competitor's pricing. Took some insistence on my part even with a printed copy of their "Power of Lower Prices Guaranteed" policy concerning price matching, but in a few minutes, the store Manager processed the -$80 from the asking price. Nice people working at 3634.
