In spite of what HD Customer Service at 800-HOME-DEPOT (466-3337) says, This store has a hard time getting over applying the discount manually (which they can do and have done). They need to stop whining about it and just do it with a smile.

We buy a ton of products from Home Depot. Store #3634 NW Raleigh is always super friendly and the employees are always willing to answer questions. Keep up the great work! Customer Service is great!!

Customer service was excellent here. Cashier and another person working helped me with my items, knew where everything I needed would be and provided good service.

the guys in the paint dept are amazing they really know there stuff. we are redoing our deck and have no idea what we are doing and the answered all our questions give them a raise

If you want or need to speak to an employee, this is not the store for you

It would be nice if the staff actually greeted customers and offered to help them rather than briskly walking by and not making eye contact. Take your cell phone and look on there website if you need to locate a product, it’s the only way you’ll find anything.

After shopping around multiple stores in anticipation of the July 4th appliance sales we ended up at HD on Strickland Road in Raleigh, NC. The appliance sales guy named Al was phenomenal. His easy going, friendly demeanor, knowledge of the products and willingness to help with the purchase is what brought us back to HD after shopping around.

I bought the Badger Insinkerator I was looking for.

I have a huge issue with deer eating my plants in my pollinator garden. It's nice to know that HD had a good variety to help me fill in spots in the garden. The yarrow and tickseed were especially nice looking.

Bought my first house and needed window blinds. Laura Rossell went above and beyond to help me locate them and eventually helped me find them online due to shortage of inventory. She stayed after her scheduled shift to assist me. Wonderful woman and a great joyful personality that made my shopping experience exceptional. She also offered to assist me with future remodeling materials upon my next arrival. Laura Rossell is the bomb!! Thanks Laura!!!

I HAD AS EXPERIENCE AT HOME DEPOT THAT WOULD HAVE RUN ME AWAY FOREVER, BUT CHRIS, ONE OF THE MANAGERS THERE, STEPPED IN, AND RESTORED MY FAITH IN THE FRANCHISE.

Employees were very helpful and consulted immediately with a Customer Experience Manager who went to great lengths to solve our problem. Will definitely purchase my products at Home Depot snd this store in particular.

Today was the best experience I have ever experienced at Home Depot! A business is only successful by the fruits of the people who work within it. As the saying is, "your people are your greatest asset" . Today, Scott, Ruby, Jeremiah, Zack, Chris, Sosa, Daemon, Andrew, John, Maya, Vicki, Julian, and many others were absolutely incredible in their aid in my home-repair endeavors. Beloved, Jesus died for our sins. Whosoever turns away from sin and believes in Jesus will have Eternal Life!

Gary the cashier at Home Depot was exceptional.

When I arrived and parked I noticed a Home Depot associate collecting carts. I had both my two young kids in the car and we parked pretty far away. I noticed he had one of the kids carts there so I thought I would ask if I could grab the kids cart from him. The associate names Casey stood there and stared at me not saying a word. I proceeded to ask again while grabbing the cart and he just stared at me like he was angry and couldn’t believe I would ask that. Then when I approached the store with my wife and two kids Casey decided to make a couple of smart comments about all the kids carts by the door.

The service that we received from Adam Greenwood was exceptional. He checked with other stores for the additional supplies that we needed which the local store was out of, and he personally gathered up items that we went ahead and purchased. He was good natured, attentive to our needs, and closed the sale. He also opened a Pro account for us.

Home Depot only has self-checkout lanes open, so if you need assistance checking out you are out of luck.

Great location, variety of products very abundant, and personnel are very professional.

After unsuccessfully searching for a specific size interior window blind, I was fortunate enough to be helped by Rich in the Home Furnishings Dept. He promptly located the only one in stock, only to find it was broken. Rich then searched another bay and found one that could be cut to the size I needed. He was so attentive and professional, that he even recalled I had said I needed a 45" (not a 46" one I mistakenly said before he cut it). It is so refreshing to find a professional, competent, resourceful, and helpful Home Depot employee, I had to do a shout out for him :-) Thank you Home Depot for hiring competent folks!

Unfortunately, it's rare nowadays to receive good customer service, but today we ran into a very helpul employee at Home Depot. t has been a long time since we have experienced good customer service at Home Depot in general, not just this particular store. Today we were checking out flooring and a salesperson by the name of Michele (flooring) came over to offer assistance. She went above and beyond the usual help and we felt the need to let someone know, because we wanted her enthusiasm for customer service to be encouraged.
