This is an exceptionally well staffed Home Depot. They usually have every thing I need, and someone available to help me find it.

I was from out of state and not familiar with the store layout. A staff member walked me around the store to find the roof vents, caulk and roofing nails which saved me lots of time.

Home Depot still has problems getting their employees to be helpful.

Shawn in Tool Rental was awesome in helping me get a piece of tile cut - he went above and beyond! Love shopping at my local Home Depot. Great associates and always very helpful in every department.

My visit to the Home Depot was pleasant and efficient. I found all employees competent, polite and willing to help. All associates displayed a positive attitude and worked respectfully with others.

This location is fully staffed and always easy to locate someone to help. The floors are clean, lighting is bright and aisles are wide and free from clutter. Heavy items have flat carts in or near the aisles and there is always someone willing to help load it, push the cart, and put it in your vehicle.

Great service, always find what I need. No wait time.

My experience with this store was not the best. I honestly like to purchase material from other homedepot stores and I had many good experiences but in this store I didn’t get the service I deserve. They missed up my order seven times+three half days lost to discover they run out of tile ...

The outdoor shop was loaded with fresh plants and trees. We found just what we were looking for, and in a variety of sizes and prices. We will definitely return there for our gardening needs, as well as other items. The cashier, Maureen, was very professional, personable and efficient. As a senior citizen, it is refreshing to see this kindness and enthusiasm!

This is my "go-to" Home Depot. Every time I enter the store, there are numerous workers ready and eager to help. The customer service I have received there is the best.

Easy to get to and well staffed

Cassandra immediately found the answer to my product location question and even told me which bay and aisle. I found what I needed quickly. She was cheerful and very willing to help

There is nothing more frustrating than asking an assocoaite for help and they say they can't help you. The store at McKellips and Power rd in Mesa AZ has two associates that bent over backwards to assist me. A man name Larry and a female associate named Karen Andre were very impressive as well. I approached Larry with my problem and his reply was "If I can't help you, I will find someone who can" and he did just that. He led me to Karen Andre who got on the phone and solved my problem. My parts are on the way and I am a happy man.

We find the employees friendly and very knowledgeable. Store is clean and orderly.
