In and out quickly! Made an early morning run to the Neptune HD, the opening hours and the convenient location to the shore made this one of the fastest and easiest trips ever. Found exactly what I wanted and needed, and self check out made this a completely painless experience.

Store was clean and organized from the moment you walk in. Store associates were extremely knowledgeable and if they didn't know the answer, immediately introduced you to someone who would know the answer. Love this place and will definitely continue to shop at this store!

Got excellent help and advice from the associates. They always help with a advice on product selection and installation.

I am an artist, & I come to home depot for various tools, & wood supplies. everything is neatly arranged, & easy to find.

Paint department rep was so good. Cashier was the best.

Store associates were friendly, professional and very helpful. Found items I needed right away and some items were on display that I didn't plan on purchasing, but the prices were good so I added them to my cart as well. Overall, a great experience!

Once I ran into Sony in the aisle, I knew I would leave with the item I needed. He took time to look the item up on his hand held computer to verify that the store carried it. When he confirmed it was tn the store I was in, he located the exact aisle and location. Next, he walked me to the item to make sure it was there and that I didn't miss it. He also asked if he could help with anything else. Very friendly, helpful,knowledgeable and patient.

Returned a product I purchased online with ease, then continued to shop. Very helpful staff in the paint department. Always a pleasant experience and great selection and products.

THE ASSOCIATES IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT, AND SPENT A LOT OF TIME WITH ME FROM EXPLAINING THE DIFFERENT KINDS OF PAINTS AND THEIR BENEFITS ALL THE WAY TO HELPING ME PICK MY COLOR, AND I ENDED UP WITH ONE THAT THE WOMAN GAVE ME! THE TWO BLONDE GIRLS WORK FAST AND HAVE HELPED TO MAKE SURE I GET THE RIGHT THING FOR MY PROJECT, AS WELL AS GIVING ME HELPFUL INFORMATION TO DO IT RIGHT. MOST OF THE ASSOCIATES AT THIS STORE ARE SUPER HELPFUL AND HAVE EVEN CALLED OTHER STORES WHEN THEY RUN OUT OF WHAT I NEED!

I live near Home Depot in west long branch and always choose to go to the Neptune location because of how clean and well kept it is.

This is my favorite store, and my favorite Home Depot store. I visit it about 3 times per month average.

John at pro desk and John in electrical led me through a process of obtaining not only the best items for my requirements but at the best price through using the pro desk I know nothing about electrical but had a list of items and I got all items I needed Thank you for a very informative shopping experience with my new professionals

Sales clerks always willing to help you and explain a process and way to do something the problem is some times not enough help. The seasonal folks are usually the best.

I have been to home store at 3540 ROute 66 , Neptune for house renovation and the staff were helpful. ( Special services supervisor) ( from hardwood flooring AND TILES section) were very helpful and attentive in assisting me. They really gave time for me and I need not feel like they are rushing, instead, they made sure my needs were met / addressed.

The staff are always able to take me right to what I need, and they have what you need at decent prices.

I knew exactly what I wanted, found the items within 1 minute of arriving at the store, and checked out easily.

It is always a pleasure to visit this Home Depot. The store associates greet you and ask you if you need help if they are just walking by you in a aisle. It is easy to find someone to assist you, and I am always impressed when an associate tells you s/he will be right with you when s/he is currently helping another customer. The associates are patient when you have a question or need information--you never feel rushed. They ask questions about your project or intended goal in order to better help you. And, even better, on many occasions, they suggest a different (better!) solution or idea. This is not the case when shopping at almost every other retail establishment, but I find it is the norm here. It's a huge place to navigate, and the employees make it a good and easy shopping experience.

Cashier was very pleasant. The associate who made the keys for me was also very pleasant.

I have been to quite a few Home Depot stores and I can honestly say this is an outstanding store. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

I love Home Depot. I have never gone into Home Depot on Route 66 in Neptune without having everything on my list satisfied, I have always received fantastic customer service, from finding an item to answering questions, The store is well lit, organized, the aisles are pretty clear, the workers are friendly and very helpful. They have even carried items to my car!! I will always recommend Home Depot for ay household item and appliance to kitchen refacing in which they did a terrific job ! Looks brand new and very reasonable.

went right to the part of store for product I needed. Stock was low, an associate was right there. he checked for stock and immediately had someone working on getting me what I needed. Great experience!

Home Depot has been a "go to" for the resources needed to makeover my new home. They have excellent color and brand selection in paints. The flooring department was running an installation special when it was time for me to get my floor done. I picked out a beautiful palm laminate. There was professionalism demonstrated from the in-person assistance at the store to the on-line assistance with finalizing the order to the sub-contractors who laid the floor! They have resolved on-line order discrepancies above and beyond what was expected. They have met my needs during every visit I've made with knowledgeable, courteous assistance.
