The whole store people was very nice and helpful I will come back again

Needed help to find tile quickly for my bathroom floor. The associate was understanding and efficient.

What I was in need of was readily available I did not need to search all over. The store was clean and there was someone running a machine cleaning the floor while I was there.

I went into Home Depot to purchase a light switch ( a replacement for my kitchen). I kinda knew where it was, but when I was in the aisle, an employee asked me what I needed. When I told him, he honed in on exactly where it was and he grabbed it for me. I appreciated the fact that he really didn't have to do that. He made my visit a little quicker and was very courteous in doing so. I thought that was cool because that doesn't happen every time I go to ANY store.

I could not find associate's at their department. No one has followed up with me about carpet.

I placed an on-line order on 7-13-15 for some items shipped directly to my house, some items available in-store, and some items on special order that would be shipped into the store for my pick-up. The items in-store were available for pick-up right away, the items shipped to my home came within a few days, and the special order items were to be available in-store for pick-up around 8-6-15. Since the special order items and the in-store items were too large for my vehicle, I was going to rent a Home Depot truck to pick all of them up when they were all available. On 7-21-15, I received an email from Home Depot indicating that ALL of my special order and in-store items were now available for pick-up. The first available date I could pick up these materials was 7-29-15, so I arrived at Home Depot 6:45 am to rent a truck and get the items. I rented the truck and tried to pick up the items. I was informed at the time that my in-store items were here, but that my special order items had not arrived (despite the 7-21-15 email indicating they were there). Since I rented the truck, I took home the items available. At 1:53 pm on 7-29-15 (the same day), I received a call from Home Depot indicating my special order items were NOW in. Since I was just at the Home Depot, I asked to speak to someone about having the materials delivered, since I wasn't prepared to go back the same day. I was transferred on the phone and was placed onto hold for over 10 minutes, after which I disconnected the call. The next morning I had to go back to Home Depot and rented another truck to get the material I should have had the day before. Although the material was in the store, it took me over an hour to actually get the material loaded onto the rental truck. I have been dealing with Home Depot for more than 15 years, and this is the worst problem I have ever had with them. My suggestion, is CALL the Home Depot if you have a similar order, to be sure all items ordered are available before going to pick them up- DO NOT RELY ON THEIR EMAILS.

This was my first visit to this Home Depot location, and just needed some moving materials- the associate that I worked with was so helpful! Thanks HD!

A great home improvement store experience with knowledgeable staff and useful products.

The store is convently located and usually has what I need in stock.

I should have known there was going to be issues when the associate who took our info took 15 min to help us, and then our address was wrong. He didn't input any notes that we asked and the vendor could not find our address. when we called frustrated to cancel he said that only one person could cancel it and they weren't there. When I asked to speak to a manager, that apparently they couldn't' find, the associate found out that the customer service desk could cancel now. Really, what a surprise you have someone in the store that can help me now? Bad experience! Didn't even apologize for the wait

The store is always well kept and clean. Merchandise is easy to find and if I have a problem a sales associate is ready to help. My experiences in Home Depot have always been good.

We rented a floor sander and was extremely satisfied with the customer service in the rental area as well as the sander itself. The sander was outstanding.

On my visit to the store,the store was immaculate, as I walked through the greetings were out of this world everyone I came in contact with was so courteous,After explaining what I was trying to locate the staff went to the computer located the items and explained what I had to do and how to obtain excellent results.I also was given different alternatives.Home Depot in Neptune is the BEST

Like many good things, it (tastes) was great and less (filling) cluttered. It was a busy Saturday and the store was clean and seemed well managed, cashier was quick and knowledgable of how to look up prices on nuts and bolts.

Of all the Home Depots I've shopped in, this one is my favorite. It might be partly due to the proximity to my home, but also because I almost never have a problem finding an item - or an answer to a question. I find that the associates are very knowledgeable and ready to help with anything - and if they are unsure of something, rather than say "I don't know" and walk away, they find someone who can help! I must recommend that if you have an iPhone, you should get the Home Depot app. You can look up items on the app for price and location in the store, plus there are calculators (like one for drywall) and other tools to use - and you can even create a shopping list!! I was specifically shopping for spray foam insulation to keep mice from entering my home - and found that there is one with Pestblock!

Products were easy to find and the store associate who helped me check out was fantastic (Ralph)

Associate Jenese saved the day. I wouldn't spend one more sent in your store if I was solely judging on you unprofessional and unhelpful deliver boy. Teach your people to say thank you and say your welcome. He barley spoke and offered no other tips or help with my purchase. I been in your store before and seen him making keys. Please teach him basic manners or put him some place he doesn't have to use basic manners.

The sales associate was extremely helpful to me in the purchasing of my refrigerator, as to size, price and quality of product.

I always use the website to locate the item I wish to purchase prior to going into the store. Items are always easy to locate.
