I find that these employees here at this location are, quite simply, fabulous! I've had some great experiences with their associates and their helpful attitude. It's such a pleasure... and helps speed up my shopping experience! Their associates help you out immediately with information, eg., to what isle, and even suggest certain things a costumer might want to consider. I like this aspect of their demeanor. Sometimes, they tell you "follow me, please" and get you right there where your suppose to be for what you are looking for. The store is pretty-much clean throughout and well-labeled. One last thing; I find that most of them, if not all, are knowledgeable. They know their stuff here at this location. I like that!

Have had good luck with buying and using Home Depot services . Used Home Depot for installation of my windows and air conditioning . Any problems and they came right out and fixed them.

Always a pleasant experience going tho this store. We always find what we need and the prices are very reasonable...

The #0949 Neptune store is large, clean with a huge stock of available products. But what I believe sets this store apart from other Home Depot stores in the help I received from Marg Ventura at the Pro Desk. Marg is very knowledgeable and patient. For large projects I recommend waiting to work with her as she will help you complete your task on time and on budget.

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and the prices were competitive as well. The store is almost always clean, neat and very well lit. Home Depot offers a wide variety of different products/services to meet anyone's home improvement needs. They even have clearance sections thruout the store.

The employees are always friendly and i never had a problem with anyone of them. There great and always willing to assist you with anything you need.

Employees will stop and help you without any question. Bill in seasonal talked about lawn mowers I was looking for. We bought the Honda top of the line lawnmower. With his knowledge,made me buy this. And then looking at the Dewalt combo weed wacker and blower set. He found it and help me load up both items on the cart. Thank you Bill in Seasonal...And Cash register lady Angel A very nice lady. and talked to me and my daughter.

The Employees there are always helpful and courteous. Even if you don't know what your looking for , is called. They always seem to go out of their way to find what i'm looking for.

WORST customer service experience from cashier (Gustave) yesterday (4th of July). He REFUSED to call a Manager to verify if my tree was 50% off (ALL trees/shrubs were 50% off - signs posted everywhere outside). He rung up my other items, removed the tree from my cart and then told me to pay for my order because there were 2 other people behind me!!! The other cashier called the Manager, who promptly told Gustave to ring up the tree as 50% off then the Manager walked away and Gustave REFUSED to ring up the tree! Told me to carry it over to the other cashier!! UNBELIEVABLE!! He was just annoyed because I was right & he just wanted me to pay full price &keep his line moving!! VERY RUDE w/ an attitude!! The other cashier went out of her way to be nice and to try to make up for Gustave's ignorance & defiance. Bravo to her - wish I got her name but I was SO upset by then that I couldn't wait to leave! Never going back there - will drive further to Lowes!!

I swear if I show up here any more frequently someone's going to think I work here! LOL

This is the one place where I don't mind being told where to go - in fact, I love it! There are always helpful, courteous employees who appear to enjoy their job and don't treat customers like an inconvenience. What a refreshing change! Once I'm told which aisle I can almost always find what I need. Even better - even though I'm not a tradesperson, I'm still treated seriously. I love coming here.

Home Depot has stepped up training the staff in good customer service. Very surprised and pleased this time.

Both my husband and I find the store to be neat and clean. I love the garden department and the choices are terrific.

I rented a pump today for my flooded basement. Harry in the rental department was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the item I was renting and very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He carried the pump to my car and when I returned he carried it back in for me. I couldn't be happier with my experience today! It's people like Harry that make me want to shop in your store. I left with a smile on my face. Thank you Harry and Home Depot!

Parking lot was resurfaced and clean

The people that work at the Neptune Home Depot are always willing to help you out when you need help. I asked the cashier Bill to call lumber for help loading sheetrock and Rob, angelo, Ian and David came right away. Thanks for the great job.
