Great store, everything you need, why go anywhere else?

The items I needed were in stock. The quality of many of the items are superior to some of the items at other retailers. I purchase a lot of materials and goods and I can tell the quality when things pass through my hands. I would’ve given five stars if assistance in the store was faster and still offered me a discount for shopping there.

Carmine in the paint department is always helpful and knowledgeable.

Still recommend the store because of the friendly cashiers.Your loaders and some of your store staff need some help,especially with elders.Would go to Lowe's but it is farther away.

There's nothing wrong with the store or it's employees. My issue is with the store policy, where they don't accept the Veterans/Military discount at the Pro Checkout. I'm a 70 year old man and they had no problem with me being at the Pro Checkout until I asked for the Veterans discount. I guess at the Pro Checkout Veterans and active Military are second class citizens.

The store has ALWAYS had everything that I was shopping for! The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about product(s), services, sales, etc. They have a much bigger selection than other HD stores that I have been too.

I visit a lot of Home Depot’s and this one definitely has the best customer service team. No matter how busy or what time of day, they are always willing to help. Kudo to the team! I have been ordering a lot noise and when I go to pick up my products it is quick and easy. Recently I had a delayed order and the team helped me out by calling the vendor to get more information on where the product was in the delivery process. Go Lora!!! You Rock!!!

Great store, great employees

I had gone to a couple of other stores looking for these gardening products but could find no one who knew what they we’re doing or was interested in helping. In this store I found a helpful employee that was very knowledgable and wanted to help. It was a much better shopping experience!

I came to buy a specific top quality wheelbarrow and thanks to the staff member, Sharon and what I consider to be "elite" customer assistance, I didn't not up walking back and fourth from one side of the store to the other. I was able handle business through Sharon who took out the guesswork and uncertainty out of a typical busy home depot store. She used the intercom to request assistance across the whole store and within a few minutes, I was back to work with my new wheelbarrow. This was by far the best experience at a home depot in years. I hope to see her again so I can thank her again for going above and beyond what I expected to happen. Obviously, the leadership team at this store is top notch. This is THE #1 HOME DEPOT STORE IN THE AREA. THANK YOU!!

Lawn/ garden and tool rental departments are very friendly, Lora is a shining star in this store superb customer service and really went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of!!
