I have found some usual materials that I have been purchasing at this Home Depot location,are no longer being stocked.

Isiah and John who are very helpful and pleasant. Wish there were more like them at the store! There are others in the garden area who can walk right past you without offering to help - while I was trying to pick up a heavy(for me) bag of soil. He walked right past me. Couldn’t care less.

I was unable to obtain matching blinds in our bedroom after 2 attempts- I gave up Levolor is a poor company to order from and Home Depot customer service is also lacking

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the level of service at this store. It made me feel happy to go there. It has the feel of a local hardware store where people are knowledgeable and helpful - this is how HD was long ago and lost. I hope it continues. I will make this my primary store from now on.

I always find what I am looking for. The store is clean and organized. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

Yesterday, 03/24/2025, I purchased a drain/plumbers auger, and a small set of Allen wrenches, completely without help or direction, from the HD store in New Milford, Ct. A young feller at the service desk had NO idea what I was asking about, but then he was in experienced. No one else offered any help or direction. Several employees passed by me on there way elsewhere, but no one offered any assistance, even tho a few might have spoken a smattering of English. The only reason I go there is because it's nearly the only game in town, except for the premium building material store just down the street. All the smaller hardware and building material stores have been driven out of business by this right wing behemoth.

Julia at the service desk is the best

Tried to return some tiles I bought from home Depot and was just pushed back on by the assistant manager at new Milford home Depot. She was rude, belligerent, just nasty. Don't shop here. Go elsewhere.

All curbside pickup slots were being used by regular customers as no one was at the customer service desk or in their cars waiting for their orders

Mike and Kyle at the Pro Desk are awesome. They’re always so helpful. Roxanne at the Service Counter is always so helpful with returns too. It’s been good to see Ken out of Receiving and working with customers out in the store. He’s an asset to the crew. The New Milford Location really has a solid employee base.

I probably go there 4 to 6 times a month for something for the house. It's convenient and the prices are usually less than a smaller hardware store.

I guess you have to be an unhappy person to work there. Seems that near all the employees that DO work there are unhappy, snippy, dissatisfied people. Maybe that's because the company founder sends millions of dollars to the republican party.

I purchased two tons of wood pellets and arranged for delivery. The process was smooth, efficient, friendly, and painless.

Lady at the service desk is rude. Would also not ring me out even though no one behind me.

New employee went out of his way to help me. The greeter was very helpful n trying to expedite my truck rental and purchase.

This is a very friendly store, uncrowded and with friendly associates working there.

I needed a particular replacement screen door and Len did a great job finding what I needed and placing the order. He was friendly, diligent and extremely helpful.

I had to return a purchase I had bought & it was very easy & quick to return.

The service was exceptional by multiple employees making what was an awkward shopping trip for me, feel filled with gratitude for the entire visit.

Waited over an hour to find someone who could mix a gallon of paint. Left empty handed and had to make a second trip. This store is understaffed and those that are there are not interested in helping customers.
