Got no help and all attitude when I tried to return three heavy items which clerk said were NOT bought at The Home Depot when in fact I bought them from New Hartford. She said to take them back there. That is NOT the policy at The Home Depot. She scanned the wrong barcode and is incompetent plus has an attitude problem.

Worse store ever needs to be closed

I lost a gift card for 35$ and Dennis said he could not trace it , however he applied a discount to my purchase. I never expected that and was so impressed with his. Concern and kindness. He is a five star employe…don’t lose him

I'm not going to get too detailed because it will be a case of racism but there's a girl in customer service she's absolutely awful I can't tell you how many complaints I put in about her I've literally taken time out of my day to complain about how awful she is as a contractor sometimes I have to return things I can't tell you how many times I've gone in and her head is down in her phone and I'm standing in front of her and she won't even respond until she's done doing what she has to do on her phone. She's absolutely awful I'm not the first person to complain it's a company problem and I typically rather go to rings end then have to deal with her

Home Depot's garden center is way underrated. They always have an exceptional variety of plants, flowers and trees at prices much lower than the local nursery's. Over the years I have planted well over 100+ items from Home Depot and haven't experienced any quality issues.

I had trouble finding what I wanted, and the first employee that I approached stayed with me until I was found what I wanted. I was very satisfied.

The customer service team at the New Milford, CT store is incredible. I had a very complicated issue, and it was hard to solve, and Nicholas and the customer service team were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. In general, everything goes well when I shop at this store, but this one time, problems occurred, and that's the true measure of a business and customer service -- how are things handled when things go wrong? This team solved the problems, and I appreciate them very much.

My line of work forces me to go to Home Depot sometimes twice a day up to five days a week though I work in the city I love coming to the new Milford store because the service is the greatest and the store is the nicest

Good clean store with knowledgeable associates with a good old school attitude. Meaning they take care of the customer by finding out what they need when they need it and are willing to show you where the products are located

Every time I stop in this location, I am greeted with a smile. The store is clean and neat, and everyone is so helpful.

I am so thankful I went to this location for my washer replacement. The staff went above and beyond to see to it that I got what I needed and what really met my needs for a new washer. There was a glitch in the checkout process and they handled it professionally.

My last two visits to Home Depot were a pleasant surprise because I was assisted by an employee who takes customer service very seriously. Each time, I had a different question, and each time, Jack was the one who helped me. He was attentive each time, making eye contact and asking questions to clarify what I wanted. He spent time showing me products that would fit the bill, and instead of leaving it at that, he stuck around to answer all of my followup questions. If the answer wasn't on the package (e.g., when I asked how long the deck sealant will last), he went to the computer to see if he could find the answer. It's too bad that this level of service is so unusual, but because it is, I think it should be recognized.
