Store manager Nate, has created a winning culture with his employees. Very friendly and welcoming environment. Each dept. has well trained staff that can correctly answer questions, as well as reaching out to other employees to get the best answer. Always well stocked, Awesome experience.

Home Depot has been kind to support the Peninsula Youth Orchestra for many years, donating funds for us to decorate our stage with flowers to give away at bi annual fund raiser concerts and raffles!

When checking out we had to use 3 different methods of payment, but Pamela was very helpful and considerate.

Finding associates for help seems hit or miss depending each trip. Some days I will go in for something simple and have floor associates making sure I'm ok with every turn of a corner, then some days I will be need of assistance and can't find a single orange vest. Other than that, it's a solid store.

We found just what we wanted. The cashier was efficient and a pleasure to deal with. We will be returning to this Home Depot.

Helpful staff - found what I was looking for every easily

There's rarely a time when I visit this store that I'm not wholly impressed with the staff, the selection, and the speed of checkout. Strange as it may sound, they actually staff many, if not most, of their registers (at least when I'm there ;). That's such a welcome phenomenon these days. The store is usually very clean and organized, too. My hat's off to them and this whole enterprise. The 10% military discount remains astounding to me, and I'm so grateful they continue to honor it.

The associates were friendly and helpful and I found good sales I wasn't even looking for.

The folks working in the tool rental that have assisted me have all been very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They are all quick to offer assistance and instruction if needed. I find the quality, condition, quantity, and functioning of the tools available to be superb. Thanks for great service.

I was in a quandary about which washer and dryer to buy. I visited this store 3 days in a row before the saleswoman resolved my dilemma with information, empathy, and service. I'm deeply grateful!

I purchased paint for a home improvement project. It was a reorder from a previous project, so I took a picture of the lid with the color coding and took it to the store and ordered two more cans. The next week I decided I needed a third can to complete the 4 rooms and hallway. We went through the rooms with rollers and then went back to cut in and touch up, but the colors did not match. Two of the cans had COMPLETELY different color codes. I had to go back and repaint the three rooms and was left short on paint to finish the fourth room.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

When making a large purchase, I shop online before going to the store to check prices and reviews. I was leaning towards the product carried by Home Depot, but checked a similar product at another big box home improvement store. The item was on sale at Home Depot and the price was the same online as it was in the store. However, at their competitor, the online price was lower than the price in the store, even though I could have bought it online and picked it up at the store for the same price. Even more irritating, at the competitor, I was unable to double check the price online, could not enter my zip code to get the price "in my area". At Home Depot everyone was friendly and helpful, the store neat and clean. And they are up front with their pricing.

Although this Home Depot did not have what I needed, everyone spoke, made eye contact and inquired about my day. I can't get anyone at our local Lowes to make eye contact with me because they might end up having to help me find something.

The store was clean and well organized. The staff was plentiful, pleasant and helpful. I was rather surprised that my shopping experience was so pleasant.

Paint department equipment needs repair. Maintenance is not being done. Paint does not tint accurately for color matches. They need a technician to repair the equipment.

I received good service when purchasing bagged mulch

I had a project that I knew what I wanted to put together and I asked one of the crew members where I could find what I was looking for and then I explained what I was looking to do.. The crew members and I talked and they gave suggestions that were very helpful and would be easier for me.. I cant thank the crew of this Home Depot enough.. Home Depot did a great job hiring the people they have.. they really cared about what I was doing and they are very helpful and friendly. Good Job Home Depot!

The store was clean however, we had to wait for 30 minutes to get paint mixed up as there was only 1 employee then another came to assist mixed a paint we purchased 4 of the Bear Marquis and the one employee to came to assist put the mixed paint where the other employee couldn't locate it and it had to be mixed again.

The Home Depot staff is always willing to help. Both the Paint Department and the Cashier went out of their way to provide great assistance.

I needed shelving. The sales associate, Tom, took me right to the lumber I needed, custom cut it to various lengths, loaded it on a cart, and escorted me to the cashier where he helped me check out.. I didn't think such good service was still available. I hope to see Tom again soon.

I went to this Home Depot because I needed some wall molding cut into different size pieces. The first person who helped me was the wood company guy who suggested why type of material I could use instead of having to buy an entire pack. That was great of him. Then I needed the pieces cut since they sell by the Linear foot. Pete who was working in the department at that time was very helpful and cut what I needed. Very nice guy and I appreciate his attentiveness. There was a new employee who came to Pete asking some questions and Pete was very understanding to him and helped him find what he needed to do his job. Great customer service Pete!
