I love this store. The only reason why I rated associate availability as a 3 out of 5 is that I dont always get immediate assistance, however they seem short handed on staff and had "now hiring" signs up, so I expected some delay in assistance. After I got assistance, the older employee helped my load a 300lb table saw onto a cart, which was way above my expectations, and the manager upon checkout was very friendly. Overall, a great experience as always.

Was directed to where the products I needed were located, and with self-checkout I was in and out quickly. Consistent experience at this location.

I love this store. Like all Home Depots, everyone is friendly and helpful to the extreme. One bonus of this store? So many women working here! Loved seeing that and loved being helped by them. Go girls go!

My husband and I have been renovating our bathroom. We have visited every home depot within a 50 mile radius of our home, and have never received assistance as we did today. Ted was very helpful and did it with a smile. He was also very knowledgeable about the store and its products. We told him what we wanted and he told us exactly what aisle the item was on, not only did he tell us he took us to every item on our list. Thank you Ted for showing us that there are still good people who know what great customer service is!!

Each time I visit this (my) store, I'm reminded of what is missing from the others - real-time CUSTOMER SERVICE! It consistently lives here. Inside the store there seem to be associates on every aisle to assist you with the right kind of tool, nail or light bulb. However, in the garden area, help is hard to find. Try asking the cashier and she will get totally distracted due to the long line of customers. I am an older woman who needs help getting bags into my car. Good luck on that help.

I was greeted by two gentleman who assisted me immediately. I was quickly directed to where I needed to go, and immediately received help once I got to where I needed to be. I was on my lunch break and needed to make a copy of a key. I was in and out in about 10 minutes total!

The story was clean and the service was excellent! EVERYONE was friendly and helpful. The cashier was fun. This is not the Home Depot that I usually shop at because it is further to travel.... but whenever I am in the area ... it is my choice.

CLEAN STORE, FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES, EASY TO FIND ITEM, FAST CHECK OUT, GOOD PRICE, EASY ACCESS.

Entering and exiting the store from/to the parking lot is disorganized and confusing. The check-out exit is far from the entrance, where most people park, so you either have to walk a long way in the parking lot after you purchase--and try not to get hit by a car--or walk through the interior of the store with your purchase to go out the "entrance" door closest to where you parked.

The two employees that assisted me were friendly and willing to go the extra mile!

Store employees are very helpful and they have the product that I needed in stock.

This store is clean, the associates I encountered all asked if they could help. One in particular helped me locate the weed eater line I was looking for. As a female, at times we are made to feel like we don't belong or should know what we are looking for. Not at this store. The gentleman who helped me was professional, patient and even had a sense of humor. Very much appreciated. IF you haven't been to this location, please go. YOU WILL NOT be DISAPPOINTED! I live in Manor and will travel to do my shopping there.

Store layout was customer friendly with alot of various products. Store associates were readily available, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Chad ... great help to me and he is an asset to HD.

I especially like this Home Depot store because of friendliness and knowledge of the employees. I am a do-it-yourselfer and I can always find employees willing to broaden my knowledge. And, they are always correct and that is very comforting to someone who is not too handy around tools.

Chad and Buddy far exceeded my customer service expectations. I needed a paint for my cabinets, found the color on some cabinets in the store. Chad suggested I do a color match in the paint department. Not only was that a good suggestion, Chad removed a drawer from the display and escorted me to the paint department where Buddy did a color match. When the match was not exact Buddy repeated the color match process until it was an exact match. I dont know if I was most surprised by the color match or the overwhelming customer service I was receiving. By far this was the best trip to Home Depot I have ever experienced. Hats off to Chad and Buddy!

I walked in, and there were very friendly Associates available to guide to the departments for my purchases. Once in the dept. they were there ready to assist, and there were other customers receiving the same great service as well. Your cashier Frank was so friendly and helpful, that I will seek him out to check me out on my next visit! Normally I visit the store near my home and I discovered this store was very close to my work that I can pop right over on my lunch break!

Store employees go out of their way to find what you need and coach you on installation. Obie, for one is just awesome!

Greeted with a friendly hello as soon as I entered the store, staff made sure my needs were met from beginning to end and extended professional, polite and over the top care. They know their products, where they're located, and even suggested what I might need. Never any pressure. I felt like I was the only one in the store...what started as a simple purchase, ended with a memory of how all people should be treated - in and out of the Home Depot corridor. Thank you.

Associate in hardware was extremely helpful in find a product that worked for my needs at a price that I was willing to pay The cashier in the self checkout lane helped me with finding a price on an item that was not marked. Both individuals were friendly ,knowledgeable and appeared anxious to solve my problems.

Rachel Montgomery in Carpets was extremely helpful. She spent time with me and helped me choose the appropriate carpet for a house we are going to sell. The house is located in a different area and so I will have to order the carpet nearer to another Home Depot, but even knowing that, Rachel still took the time to help me.

The help here is very friendly and they seem to go above and beyond to assist. All of my experiences shopping at this store has been very good.

As always, the shopping experience is great as I am always find what I am looking for while, at the same time, finding new products that interest me. The staff is always eager to help me with questions. If they do not know the answer themselves, they make it their priority to find another staff member who is the "expert" in that area. Love Home Depot!

Sales Associate Timothy is the perfect example of a great employee. He was very attentive, helped with picking my product all the way to loading everything in my car, all with a smile and positive attitude. He was polite to every customer and other associates we encountered through the process. So refreshing to be treated professionally!

Store associates are way nice! A nice man named Dean helped me load some lawn chairs into my corolla. He was polite, super helpful and did not complain one bit even though it was windy and raining and I couldn't be much help. Cashiers were super kind too!!!
