The store is OK; but what is not OK is to have to listen to excessively loud Latin music blasting out of a giant Milwaukee boom box as you enter the store. These may be the majority of your customers, but lighten up on the music...not everyone appreciates it. We come here to buy stuff, not get into the "beat."

While shopping at Walmart for BlueDef I realized it was out of stock. Google suggested Home Depot. Checked availability on Home Depot web site, YES, same low price like Walmart, drove to the store, asked one associate about product location in the store, got directed properly; picked up the container, checked out. Badabing Badaboom!

The associates are available to help customers with their concerns. They are also willing to spend as much time as necessary to provide customers with great ideas

I went to the store last night, and bought paint. Leonardo of the painting department was excellent in helping me. at first leonardo informed me the paint i wanted the base was out of stock. as i looked for another color. Leonardo took it upon him self and actually look for the base needed again and guess what he found the last one in stock. He didn't had to do that !!... This here is called EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Leonardo exceed his job, looking for what i needed, and multi tasking with other customers to say the least. great job and thank you. you made my day :-)

The store is acceptably clean but I feel LOWE's has better set-up for individual shoppers; however, I like the better prices of Home Depot

The young man who assisted me was so very nice. I am handicapped and walk with the use of a cane. The young man was sensitive to my disability.

The store experience was so pleasurable. I had not been to the store in years and after being unsatisfied at Lowe's I decided to give it a try and have not regretted.

I walked into the store and asked an associate for help. I told them what I was looking for and they were able to tell me what aisles the products were in. Once I was in the aisle, another associate asked if I needed help and they helped me obtain what I needed. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Within 15 minutes I was done!

I work on DIY projects here and there. I have been currently working on my room at home for the past 3 weeks (every weekend). Whenever I need to buy something, The Home Depot is my first choice! (There is a Lowe's right next to the one I go to) I always find everything I need!

Lowe's is right next door, but I've always had good experiences at Home Depots, including this one, so why change? Associates consistently have helpful attitudes - it's never the feeling, 'Don't bother me.'

The store was clean , and it was very easy to find the items , painting department was great.

I rented a carpet cleaning machine. The associate gave me detailed instructions on how to use it and was helpful in getting me all the products I needed for my home cleaning project. Anarsi was a great help to me.

I visited many times to the store. But for some reason, recent staffs are much more helpful than previous staffs. Due to service level, I had to go to Lowes to get assist and purchase the items. From now on, I think I can visit homedepot for future purchase. Thanks to the staffs

I was in the store early to buy deck paint, there was only one person on duty at the paint counter. If it wasn't for Joseph and his friendly manner, I would have left the store because of the long wait, he talked to everyone waiting and kept all the customers happy. Too bad you don't have more like him.!,,
