Raheem at Pro Desk did not leave me until my order was executed properly. He was calm, patient, and very sharp. He walked across the store to find the right lumber guy to validate inventory I was purchasing. It was a tough order because inventory for the order was short but he managed to find it! Thank you Raheem for the positive shopping experience!

I would like to give one star if I can. I would avoid this store at all cost. Come here to stop for a tool box. It took 3 persons and 45 minutes to figures out not to charge me double for the same tool set. No one around to help me load it to my car. It ends up another customer helping me.

I purchased Ryobi (2080) weed trimmer from the Home Depot North Bergen, NJ location. I was hand given an item that appeared to be new by an employee (If I knew his name I would share it.) when there were 35 new pieces in the over head. Rather than the employee getting the fork lift or getting a person to operate the fork lift he engaged in laziness and deceit. Don’t trust this location. If I hadn’t returned this item already I would have taken a picture and shared it. This employee and Home Depot should be a shamed of themselves.

This store is poorly managed and will waste your time. Despite paying for a 4 hour delivery window, I had to stay home for 12 hours to then only receive half my delivery. When I called the store to find out what was going on, I spent almost an hour on the phone, only to be told that I'd have to take a day off of work to receive my order because they could not override the system to deliver it tomorrow. I cancelled the order and will hopefully get a refund but now I have to spend tonight and tomorrow figuring this out. Such a disapointment.

The cashier girl Catalina is the best she always have that smile on her face and treat you very good. I like her

Witnessed unprofessional interactions with customers. More conflict prone than customer service to the contractors we saw them interact with. No good.

Would not recommend going here the customer service is lousy they tell you they’re going to go get help while the person that went to go get help was the person that was going to help you at the end. Went there to rent a machine for about a week spend about $1500 and I walked out with nothing besides disappointment and wasted time very frustrated that I was not able to pick up the machine or leave with it because of the employees.

The 800 heaters call me after I came from Home Depot and next day they came to install. First, they gave me quote for $1423.00 + $94.00 = $1517.00 with installation. Sales team ask me general questions about exiting heater like how many gallons, what brand etc. I gave them all those answers and next day they came to install. Tech came and saw my exiting heater and called his office and spoke with his boss about the height. He asked him to change this heater and get the shorter one with reschedule appointment, but his office/boss told him to install it what he bring, which he did with 45 to 60 minutes more. But after installation he charge me $150.00 extra. I don’t want to argue with him because he was not happy at that time. I even gave him $30.00 tip. Basically, I paid everything for $1700.00+ and the heater is only cost $639.00. So, for installation I paid $1061.00. Part he used, cost them is around $30.00 If I am calculating per hours, it will more than $300.00. Doctors, lawyers, and high-end people not even charge this kind of crazy money. Next day I called 1800 heaters for $150.00 refund because it was not my fault nor the tech who came to installed but till date nobody calls me.

Shop Home Depot for window air conditioners that are very efficient and are very convenient to install.

head cashier and manager need a class in customer services. I been told that one of the items head to high of a discount and i was not able to purchase it. wonder which employee took that home!

Worst costumer service ever!

I can’t complain on the service Pro Xtra has provided me so far. They have the best employee name Gibron, that goes above and beyond helping all customers in anything they need. Great customer service and professional.
