This store rent pick up trucks and they time the rental as soon they give you the key. I requested to count time as soon the home depot employees load the truck but the employee told me that it is store policy to count time as soon they give the key. Home depot employees took 45 min to load the truck. After, I returned for the rest of my order, The didn't have it ready and I waited another 45 min. I live 15 min from the store and home depot employees took more than 2 hours to load the truck 3 times. Finally, I had to pay for 4 hours and I almost didn't make it.

The staff at this Home Depot location are always very helpful and willing to assist in any issues or questions that we may have, we are extremely satisfied to continue conducting Business with all that helpful employees .

The exterior of the store and parking lot are a constant mess...debris, cups, paper, plastic bags litter the entire exterior area. Management and store employees don't see it or care about the appearance...it sets low expectations for anyone driving up to the store and gives you a good idea of what to expect inside in terms of merchandise, employee attitude, etc.

This location is by far the best location I have been to. They had everything I needed in stock and I was in/out in a breeze thanks to a quick checkout! I would definitely recommend this location.

This store has the highest stock of PVC fittings in all sizes, than any store in the general area. The advisors at the Pro Desk are the best around, hands down, and will take care of your contractor needs. In seeking a fluorescent bulb, I noticed a discrepancy between what I had and what the store had available. An associate walking by, noticed my questioning glance and proffered to help. The associate stated that this was not his realm but would do what he could to help me out. While doing this, a second associate stepped forward and informed us that the person in charge of the bulb area was around the corner. The first associate and I then visited the bulb charge person who was able to clear up my confusion. The associate that was with me stayed put as he wanted to learn the answer to my question for future reference. But he mainly wanted to be certain that I was assisted in an appropriate manner. In my opinion, this makes for a very satisfying Customer Service experience.

Everyone knows how frustrating it can be when a plumber , electrician or etc; sends you to buy something that you have no idea about. You end up going there and your spinning around in circles trying to figure it out ; wasting time. I met with a Great Employer by the name Joel. The best experience ever. He guide me all the way through with my order, always had a smile and was happy to help me out. He made things for me so easy, I went in and out right away. Thanks a lot Joel for all your help. :0
