    Items I need
    I find everything I need at Home Depot. If I have a return, it is handled very smoothly. I always get help with finding what I need. I order a lot of my items online. Always fast shipping, a text emails to let me know status of order. I am amazed at all the things that Home Depot has on the website. Always receive great quality items.

      Anytime, any where, any State!!!
      No matter where I am, or time of day, I always have a great experience at Home Depot. Someone is always there to help or show me where to find things, and the prices are reasonable. I love is place!!! And I have to drive past the L place to get there.. but I have never had a good experience there, so I will not go there!!!

        Went to rent a truck had the manager tell me she didn’t feel comfortable renting the truck to me with the group I was with and then I had a six dollar balance at another Home Depot for a previous rental asked to pay the rental cost. She said I had to go to the other Home Depot that I rented it from which was out of town I left filling embarrassed.

          Steve is disgustingly- he is nasty to customers and even worse to his employees. The language he uses when he berates them- in front of cuatomers- is disgusting. How on earth can HD keep him on… and for so very long???

            I spent a couple 1000$ on tools and was supposed to get free batteries. They didn’t send them In my package so I drove 3 hours round trip to get the batteries. They would not give a gift certificate or anything for my time and gas !! Which it killed my whole day.

                Open box new item?
                I rushed to this store as it has the Christmas tree my wife wanted. We got the last one. Got home and it was a return or a demo. This should have been discounted.

                    Disappointing shopping experience!
                    The Home Depot credit card has been totally frustrating ever since I got it last year. We never received the first statement, so we put the payment on auto, but that did not work either. I had to make a trip to the store to pay my bill. Even then, it was not resolved because they gave me the wrong amount to pay so I had to mail in a small amount later. I should have cut up this card then! This time I had a coupon for $15. off a $100.00 purchase before tax. It did not work, so the cashier scanned another item that I had told her I was going to buy with a gift card. She said, “You have to spend $115.00 to get 15.00 off. That was not true! Thinking back over the experience, I loaded a lot of heavy boards and flooring while employees chatted with each other. The cashier did not listen to me when I told her I only wanted to put slightly over $100.00 on the card. I called the Home Depot credit card service only for her to confirm that I did not need to spend more than $100.00. She told me to call customer service, and Logan at customer service told me to go back to the store to speak with the manager. I think other stores carry similar goods without so much drama! It seems that Home Depot’s customer service is severely lacking!

                              They don’t answer the phone.
                              I bought a Ryobi mower from this store. Shortly after I bought it, it broke. I called the store multiple times; no one answered the phone. I contacted Ryobi. I was repeatedly disconnected and lied to by people who barely spoke English. I learned that no one in this area services Ryobi mowers because they can’t get parts. Ryobi wanted me to drive two hours to a service center in Georgia. The Home Depot needs to put warning signs next to their Ryobi displays and ensure that someone in the store answers the phone.

                                I was in Home Depot just last night, I had to hunt around the store to find somebody to help me and plumbing. I finally found somebody but it took a while. I love Home Depot and I’m always got a shop there. Do you need more help in the evening

                                  Today i found exactly what I needed by asking a clerk. I was in and out in about 10 minutes and finished my project today. Can't ask for better results

                                    The salesman talked with me and was able to determine what was the best fit for me. I was hesitant about LG refrigerators, because of horror stories I'd heard, but he put my mind at ease and told me that they had improved their compressors. Fingers crossed

                                      I could give a 5 star rating except for the music played in the store. MANY times, my wife and I have been unable to discuss things while shopping, especially at night, because the music is so load. Soft background music is fine, but extremely load music has caused us to leave more than once

                                          I spent about an hour in the tools area of the Hixson Home Depot on June 17th, must have been asked 6-7 times “can I help you”, it reminds me of how I remember Home Depot customer service from @ 25 years ago. I have said many times that it seems you can’t find anyone to help when you need it. This may be changing, at least, at the Hixson Home Depot. Really good people working here!

                                                        Tile not available for scheduled pickup
                                                        Paid for tile on Wednesday for contractor to pick up Monday. All tile was in stock when I paid for it then on Friday got an email that the tile would not arrive until Thursday so now have a contractor waiting on the tile to finish the master bath. They need to pull the order when it is paid for and hold it for pickup. So they either lied that it was in stock or sold the tile I had already paid for.

                                                          I ordered a dishwasher with delivery, hual away, and Installation. A crew came out and refused to remove the old dishwasher or install the new one. When I spoke with their manager about their unwillingness to work they got upset at me in my home. They finally took the old one away but didn't install the new one. Home Depot sent another crew out to install the dishwasher. Turns out the dishwasher was leaking! Called customer service agent. "Oh we're so sorry'. We'll send you a replacement and make sure you are compensated Okay fine so I wait for yet another crew to come out.... Guess what?! Another busted dishwasher!!! They have to take both dishwashers away! Three weeks into this and still don't have anything I paid for. So I call customer service. I ask them for the compensation I was promised and they tell me they can't do anything unless the order is completed! I have to wait for yet another dishwasher! So I ask for my money back because why would I want a dishwasher that has been broken twice! I go back to the store as instructed and I select a different dishwasher. It takes another week to arrive but everything goes okay and I call customer service for my compensation. You know what they offered?! $29 off a $600 purchase! After over an hour on the phone and having to negotiate a "fair deal" I finally walked away with an unsatisfactory $74. I really felt fair compensation would have been to comp the service fee but Home Depot didn't even acknowledge that the poor service reflects on them because the delivery team are contractors.... Really?! Who selected that team to provide the services? Was it Home Depot? Oh, yes, it was! Well listen here Home Depot! I do believe that poor service provided by contractors reflects on you and the poor customer service after the fact definitely reflects on you. I won't be back and I'm going to tell everyone how awful that experience was. Thanks for nothing!

But I find the self check out a joke. prices have gone up on everything and I find it insulting that I have to check myself out. It never works correctly and you always had to get somebody anyway. The employees there are very helpful. It’s not their fault retailers have put this on the consumer..
