Tried to get 10 sqft of countertops for 4 months. Staff doesn’t check on orders unless you make them. Horrible communication. They might call you back once with a date then you won’t here from them again and have to call several times to get another date that it won’t be in by. Ended up having to cancel. What a waste of 4 months.

Charged for extra item and did not realize until almost home. Not close by and will have to make an extra trip to get credit for the error on their part.?

I always choose Home Depot over other similar stores because I'm greeted and always know someone is just waiting for me to need their help. I love customer service like that.

Please re emplacement your credit card machines. Multiple busted machines won't take our 2 separate cards from 2 separate banks and this has happened twice now!! Takes sooo long to check out. Multiple customers affected and the cashiers say they keep asking you to replace them!! I want to shop here but I'm getting frustrated. Please replace the machines.

most of the employees I have encountered at Home Depot in Hixson have been extremely helpful. It means a lot to have people helping you when you need them instead of you having to look for them.

Of the dozens of employees I've run into over the last 10 shopping days, only 2 have asked if I needed any help. I go there for the stock only and it's close to my job.

I needed an 1 more box of matching flooring and Kim Morris, flooring specialist, made it happen

This store is hard to review because so many contractors depend on it. Versus other lower volume stores. But I'm never disappointed with plumbing department, flooring tile & grout, lumber and usually the assistant & manager of pro desk. That said there is nothing like a big list p project items and the customer ahead of you buying the last of the 3 bags of same color grout. Oh well! My mother & I are finishing a remodeled home & new build and the staff never seems to forget us and tries to help even if it's just to read labels or test fit parts and sometimes other options. Occasionally loading materials has been less helpful than others but usually it's days when 14 pro desk contractors are swamping the prod desk. So now we go on lesser busy hours and man what a difference it makes. Every department (ie for our bathroom remodeling project) has been inter connected and preps the next area for helping us. Some days it's I bring in a part or a list and they pull and load them other days I'm there for hours planning the next steps and the licensed contractors needs. Staff usually makes it a point to say thank you & yes mam we can or no but this is another option if you are doing whatever. Additionally of the stores we frequent here in Chattanooga this store is always clean, and I don't even though I know better feel worried if I'm half way down an isle and my cart & purse aren't on me. Many times I end up with three or more carts and the staff still makes it work so I don't have to worry the items I'm pulling which often get bulky or heavy will be missing so long as I check out same day. The only department I don't frequent is paint. We just haven't needed paint this year. But eventually they will know our family too... and yes this store males us and other customers feel like friends even though it's just great customer service. With the pandemic it's hard to keep people with the current pay rates but really glad to see everyone gets along and has a smile even when I'm exhausted, hungry, and know we have to get our projects home and done!

Clean store good customer service and helpful. Lumber prices are to high. I build cabinets and tables. But may have to stop due to the high lumber prices

LAWN MOWERS - need one please go and see Charity at Home Depot Hwy 158... she is smart, friendly and amazing. I had never purchased one before and she made me feel great about my purchase. SUCH A WONDERFUL, SMART YOUNG WOMAN - I know she will go far in her career... amazing service. Thank you :-))))))

The flooring department is horrible. they kept changing the charges even after I had paid for the service. When I finally gave up and asked for my order to be cancelled the store person Kim Morris refused to issue a refund, the store is horrible!!!!!!

Always excellent employees and shopping here. ONLY drawback is the overly loud music in some aisles. Cannot it please be turned down to muzak levels?
