The store was clean and the associates helpful. We use this store regularly and are very satisfied with the overall service.

Home Depot in Hixson, TN., was quite enjoyable to shop. Bought what I needed in a workable time frame and headed home to use my new lawnmower. There were many choices of lawnmowers to fit into my budget. Prices were less and the same compared with other competitors.

I went for some high end bulbs for my business. I wasn't sure where they were but chose the isle that had household bulbs and was correct. There was a male associate there and he immediately helped me find the exact kind (there were many options). I visited in the middle of the day on a Friday. There were no lines. One cashier was not busy and motioned for me to come to her. She was very friendly and polite. I was in and out within 7 minutes. A record for me at Home Depot.

I was looking for a replacement bathroom fan, and the 1st clerk I asked for directions, not only was willing to tell me ,but took me to the right section, and stayed with me to give me advice on the installation of the fan. I then asked him about Mirror paint and he took me to meet the Paint Man who was more than willing to show me some samples along with some good advice on how to use the spray on glass. I retired as a manger from a large utility company, and would had been proud to had employees such as these!!

I was in and out of the store very quickly with exactly what I needed. The store was very clean and well organized. I don't like to look for things so I always ask questions. I didn't have to track down an associate. I was immediatley directed to the product I was looking for. The cashiers were very helpful and friendly and helped me out to the car with my rather large item. Thanks Home Depot for your help on a very busy day.

We love Home Depot! Every experience here has always been a great one. This trip we brought some paint back that just wasn't the right color and you guys fixed it for us at no cost! We are a little disappointed that you don't offer any "good customer" discounts anymore. You should have more incentives for your returning customers especially those who have Home Depot credit cards.

Angie Ramsey really impressed my customer when she was clarifying a large and complicated order over the phone. Angie went above and beyond our expectations. Angie dealt with my customer in a professional and friendly manner, of which my customer insisted that we make sure she got the recognition she deserves. The store was very clean. The associates that helped me were great I could have not ask for any better help then what they did for me.

You guys are the absolute BEST! We just purchased a 20 year old home that needs some work & we have gone to HD for all our projects because everyone is so professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They genuinely care. The help we've received has been invaluable. It can be stressful with so many projects our house needs, but the folks at HD make it so much less stressful...and affordable! We couldn't do it without you. While everyone has been extremely helpful, 2 associates have stood out - Kim Morris (flooring specialist) & Tammy Bell (kitchen/bath design consultant). Kim helped us with carpet & laminate, while Tammy helped us with Formica countertops. We truly appreciate these 2 ladies who made our experience so pleasant. We are "sold" on HD & will only shop there for any home improvement needs. Thank you so very much! (PS-Your folks on-line are also so very helpful as we've placed a lot of orders on-line as well. We needed a new fridge and went to Home Depot to compare prices. They had a better price than lowes and getting credit was a synch! Sharon Myers at the hixson, ten store is wonderful! The only downside is we have to wait a week to get our fridge.

Throughout the store friendly and helpful assistance makes this my favorite shopping experience for all of my hobby projects and for my house and garden needs.

From the friendly greeter at the door who is always able to direct us to the area of the store we need, and the warm and fragrant greenhouse, to the easily accessed lumber stacks and helpful assistant in Tools, we always come away from Home Depot with exactly the items we wanted, and a pleasant impression of efficiency and personal attention.

I was visiting a friend in Chattanooga and she needed bleach, weather stripping, and other supplies. She stated we could find everything at a nearby Home Depot so we shopped there. The store was well stocked and the staff was most friendly. The gentleman at the checkout was super nice and thanked us for shopping at his store.

We had just a little amount of time before our movie, so we stopped by our Home Depot to pick up a few things for out remodeling project. Associate at front asked if he could help and directed us to the exact location of screen for porch. In and out within 15 minutes. Another awesome visit.

Since we built our house about a year and a half ago, we decided to look into one of the major DIY stores for credit and availability of the things we would need as we built and added on to the house. This store has always had helpful associates and stocks most of what we need or needed. The deals through the Home Depot credit card have really helped us get some big projects knocked out.

I had a specific need for foam board. I found out quickly that the board comes in a really large sheet. One, it would not fit in my car, and two, I really needed two pieces cut to a certain size. Anthony and Cortez went above and beyond to help me solve my problem. We talked though the purpose and appropriate thickness of the boards and then they both spent extra time to help get the boards to the appropriate size. I know I would not get that service and willingness to help at other hardware stores in town and thanks to Anthony and Cortez, I was able to accomplish my task today. Great job. Great Service!

I walked in and easily found the stuff I needed to finish the project I was working on that day. This sales lady was very nice to me and even helped me find the roll flashing I had overlooked. Then she gave me a discount on a slightly damaged package of shingles which helped me give my project a little extra esteticflare and added protection which I know my customer would appreciate.
