Pipe threading machine not working
I spent over an hour while several employees tried to get the pipe threading machine to work properly. They never got it working. I explained the problem with 4 loose screws, but they said no one in the store was authorized to tighten them. After an hour I gave up and left, with my project delayed till I can get the pipe threaded. My worst experience in any store ever.

Super-helpful Staff!
We are moving here from GA and renovating an early 19th century farmhouse. Needless to say, we'll be learning a lot and needing a lot...supplies and advice. We encountered Tori while looking at flooring options. She was profoundly knowledgeable, and friendly. She seemed to actually enjoy sharing her expertise and time. It's pretty similar to the 3 or 4 other visits to this HD we've had over the past month. In contrast, our local HD in Marietta, Ga is dismal. There a few employees that care and are helpful, but many more who seem to feel as if they're doing us a huge favor to answer a question or locate a product.
Really looking forward to living here full-time next year and spending a lot more time in this store! Good job N. Conway!

Veterans discount
I purchased the Dewalt Model # DWS780 yesterday.
I am a 20-year veteran of the military. I checked online before I went in and verified that I would receive the veteran’s discount.
When I got to the checkout counter the cashier said that it would not take my military discount on that item, but I could apply for a Home Depot credit card and receive a $50 discount.
I asked her why it would my military discount would not work. Her reply was that she did not know why. I explained that it said that it said online that it would. She said she was sorry but does not show in her system for this item. She never reached out to a manager to find out why. There were people in line behind me and I did not want to make a scene, So I paid full price, but I was not happy.

Purcase of 3rd electric range
Purchased 2 ranges within the last 2.5 years, both went south. Thanks to your customer service representative I also bought the AllState coverage. On both occasions the customer service reps were very helpful. I just purchased a 3rd range again with the AllState coverage.

Love this store!!
We love this store! It’s always such a pleasure to shop there. All of the employees are so incredibly friendly and helpful. Our most recent experience was excellent! Jonathan in the appliance department couldn’t been more professional. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He made our shopping experience seamless. The manager on duty was very responsive and engaged. The cashiers at self-check out were super helpful and friendly too! We hope the store gets some major recognition! Sincerely, a loyal shopper
