I purchased a dishwasher online. It was delivered with a 3”gash in the front and another on top. The product was also delivered without a nut connector for the waterline. I called the was told they were absolutely useless and I’d have to call different number to order the part. I cannot believe that’s where customer service is in 2025 but I’ll set up a return and go purchase this elsewhere It came with parts that don’t even come with this model so it very well may be a returned item that I’m being charged full price for

Was greeted, was helped to find item in store, Answered all my questions. Had to order 2 online & return one to find right size

The young man in the flooring department was great! Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. But upon check out the cashier was overwhelmed with the line backing up, and no one would help. I wasn't allowed to use my birthday discount coupon ( expires 9/30/25) and although I was told that someone would help me load the flooring into my vehicle, no one responded. I am a 69 year old female and if it wasn't for the kindness of another customer, I would've had to do it by myself.

We have had a hard time finding knowledgeable staff in the kitchen cabinet and countertop department before, much less any on duty staff in that department. We called ahead to ask if there was a salesperson well versed in the materials on duty early 0n 09/05/2025 so we wouldn't waste a trip to the store. My wife was informed that indeed there was an expert on duty that day. We went to the store an hour later only to find that the sole employee on duty in that department knew nothing about kitchen countertops or the material. She stated "that the employee who knows about that stuff is scheduled off today" How totally typical of the Home Depot to promise assistance would be available and not even check to make sure an employee would be available. Save your time and gas money and bypass this joke of a store.

I am very pleased with the help and understanding I get from home depot. Flushing. I am always greeted and well taken care of, even when it came to a difficult voucher I received. They worked with me and I appreciate them very much.

The Pierson Rd Home Depot is my favorite store. I love the way that I am greeted by the staff. It makes my day easier when I ask for help and the staff knows what I need or where it is located. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed with the help and response I received while trying to exchange my simple that was still under warranty to the store. Stop selling products that have warranties that you as a company do not stand behind! Sump went out which still has nearly a year warranty on just to be told that Home Depot doesn’t warranty the product the manufacturer does. Meanwhile no sump and the manufacturer is not open through the weekend. Another Home Depot rep at a different location said all I need is to contact manufacturer and Home Depot will exchange product…. Very disappointing service and visit!!!

Disappointed in the process. Website does not indicate there is a limited number of cuts even though there is a $1.00 charge per cut. Our choices for lumber lengths would have been different had we known about the one cut per piece. At cuts end, our lumber would not fit in our vehicle because of the limited cuts. We were forced to get help from a neighbor to get our lumber home. So don't go into the store thinking they will make as many cuts as you are willing to pay for. We were prepared to pay the cost for 30 cuts but this option was not available. Store was not busy by the way.

This Home Depot is the best. The staff here are VERY friendly and always eager to help. Also, the staff can be knowledgeable too which is a big plus.

It was an overall great experience as normal. I always look forward to my visits at this particular Home Depot.

Wanted a new freezer. The selection was not great and the two employees there knew nothing about freezers. They called someone who was great. Knew what was going on. Need the right employee in the right place.

Could not get assistance from store employees, but was followed throughout the store and monitored like I had criminal intentions.

Didn’t have enough lumber of all things. Impossible to find someone to unlock the tools that are all behind bars. Trying to get help with anything was apparently the biggest inconvenience possible and someone else’s job.

The service from Shelby at the customer service desk and the Manager Mr. Arceo was amazing

It was nice to be greeted by at least two employees in the garden center alone. The cashier helped me find a particular flower I was looking for and she even walked me halfway down to where she could point directly to the flowers I needed.

I was converting my pool filter and pipes to american standard. With the help of Home Depot we were able to come up with some ideas that worked very good.

Everybody is nice and helpful and can help solve your issues in minutes.

Not sure if Jennifer was having a bad day, but she definitely had no reason to act shi&&y to me. Horrible first impression.
