ONE STOP SHOPPING FOR MOST PRIJECTS

I bought alot of things and i was very satisfied.

On my first visit to the store in Flushing I dropped a money clip when leaving. The head cashier not only found it but turned it into the service desk.

My husband and I frequent this store and it is always a rewarding experience. The staff are friendly as can be, as we are usually greeted upon entering. They are also helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The store is clean and organized and the shelves are usually always stocked. If they don’t seem to have what you’re looking for then I suggest asking one of the staff. If possible they will make it happen because they are miracle workers like that. Overall we both enjoy our shopping trips in this store and look forward to many more to come. Keep up the great work guys!

This was an excellent store with very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely shop here again as I was able to9 find everything I needed at a very competitive price.

Went to home depot today to get some electrical parts for Bill, was beyond frustrated because I didn't know where to look and exactly what I was looking for. I had it written down but still didn't know what it was, asked several people and the gave answers on the fly. I was on the phone with Bill and I turned around and there stood a young man with his home depot apron on and he said can I help you, I got off the phone, told him what I was looking for and the first thing he said was "I don't work in this department, I usually work in the garden department so this might take some time but we'll find what you need." He helped me find everything I needed and spent a few minutes talking to Walt, all the frustration was worth being able to meet a young man like him who took the time to help me, he was so polite and caring. I didn't even look at his name tag so I talked to another friendly young lady at the service desk, I described him and she said that sounds like Matt, if someone knows Matt that works at Pierson road home depot tell him he made my day. His parents should really be proud of him.

I like this store. I like parking lot and smart location of heavy items like pebbles and mulch. I like that always somebody (home depot associates) near them , they help to load the car. I like friendly attitude of associates.

The employees in the garden area were very helpful. I got extra things.

Each time I come here I'm greeted! I hardly ever leave empty handed. All employees were wearing masks (including myself). I appreciate Kathleen for going above and beyond for my recent purchase. I'm never disappointed and for that I'm grateful!

Manager Krystal definitely deserves a shoutout for going above and beyond to help with an online ordered disasterpiece. +1 for her.

We were looking at use Refrigerators (even when to CRC - which told me I could not by one for the price they had on a used one) Lori in the appliance department help us prove them wrong as we bought a new one for less then there used one. So if you are looking for an appliance see Lori (Home Depot - Pearson Road). She was real helpful and we have a new one for less then what a used one was going to cost us. Thanks Lori, you were helpful and friendly, CRC employee had an attitude which cost them my business.

The store is clean and well kept. The staff, that I have encountered, is friendly, helpful and knowledgable. My only complaint would be, too many self checkouts and not enough cashiers. Thanks!

Everyone was very helpful; the store was well stocked and clean.

One of the things I like best about this Home Depot is that I can send my wife there, and HD people will treat her with respect, provide timely, accurate advice, and send her home with exactly the right products. I can't thank Matt enough for the way he helped my wife select precisely what we needed to install a dishwasher.

Unfortunately the employees were poorly trained but then again it was Sunday so the good ones were home napping. I would go back if Every other home and hardware store in a 100 mile radius disappeared but other than that I would never frequent that store again. I Dealt with four unfriendly under-trained employees, and exactly one good one.

Of all the Home Depots in Genesee County, the one on Pierson Road is the best. Employees take the time to help you and go out of their way to explain products. Shelves are stocked and everything is neat and clean!

Best Homedwpot around the flint area. Everyone is so helpful and I'm so grateful they allow to bring our kids in the store even with the Covid-19 pandemic.
