Home Depot simply does not get it. Crummy pay equals lousy and unhappy employees. Good pay equals happy, educated and better qualified employees. The owner of HD is a billionaire - perhaps he could share some of his billions with the employees of the North Hollywood store. It would be a win-win situation for the customers and the employees of the North Hollywood store. I suspect that I won't be winning the $5,000.00, drawing.

PARTICULARLY BAD EXPERIENCE, ELECTRICAL PARTS NOT IN STOCK, THEN HAD THE RUDEST CASHIER EVER-NOT IN A RUSH TO GO BACK THERE..

I had 2 great guys the help me find what I was looking for ,so if your there look for Jose from garden and Sergio from hardware they would make sure you will find what your looking for.

Went in to buy a refrigerator they told me they would deliver it. They also mentioned to check and make sure it arrives in good shape. When I finally received the appliance it came damaged. I told the delivery person I was not going to accept a damaged appliance. He said that it was fine and went on with his day. Didn’t further explain if they’ll ship out a new one expedited nor how to go about this. I called the store the same day they took my info and said I’ll be getting a call back. Didn’t hear back from them, went in person also spoke to someone and again didn’t hear back from them. Now I don’t know when I’ll receive a replacement appliance nor does anyone want to help. Everyone keeps telling me someone will call but no one seems to want to take responsibility or further help. I feel like they are just brushing me off. I have a toddler at home who drinks milk avidly and no refrigerator and no clue when one will come in.

Great store with lots of workers who can help.

Great store, more in-stock items than other home depot stores, helpful employees especially Solomon from the Christmas tree section.

The store was clean and well organized. Even with Holidays displays it was easy to navigate

I called the store on one occasion, and after a very long wait on hold, an employee named Edwin was extremely helpful with my problem. He was also very apologetic about the wait that I experienced. He restored my faith in Home Depot customer service.

Over the past 3 to 4 weeks I have been to this store many times and brought many many items.Have always found what I was looking for be it wood, paint,tools etc. Today I ordered 3 custom made replacement windows. always pleased with this store and garden section is great. Last year we went native California and got all plants etc. from this store.

Occasionally the online parts finder has WRONG INFO about quantities of parts "available today in this store." It happened to me again today.

The store is full of good employees . Karina in pro desk is very helpful and knoligable on what she is doing. Other pro representatives as well are very helpful like Veronica , Rachel and manager Monica their all great employees .

Just a real mediocre store. It starts on the outside with all the day laborers taking up valuable parking spaces, loitering in their vehicles eating and drinking, basically intercepting and bothering customers entering and exiting. Inside, the stock is often limited. Employees are not always available to help or up to par with regards to their departments. Some employees don't even seem to speak much English, so there is a communication problem right from the start. The only exception is found in hardware and electrical. For the most part, they seem engaged, professional, and knowledgeable. Garden is fair, lots of options, but some of the employees are basically arrogant and disinterested. The Home Depot in Burbank is a much better option.

Still better than some other THD stores, but the center aisle is stacked with boxes and appliances and other inventory. There were three forklifts working this aisle at once, causing a big conflict for customers trying to walk between sections. Too much stuff stacked in the middle of the store. .AND: I came for three products: Cat6 cable; window sash locks, and plastic storage boxes. Two of the three were unavailable.

Clean and friendly store

Rude customer service people. They do not offer any support. They either need to find a new career or go through training on treating its customers with respect.

Service at this location is superior to the Van Nuys location

Daliah was a great sales associate to deal with. Very polite and great attitude.

Great customer service however little bit disorganized in store. You might need assistance from staff.
