We were happy to be able to return an item that we didn’t want for an item we did want by pulling up the receipt from our Home Depot App from ‘purchase history’

Why does a hardware store not allow a discount on wood? Offer the discount store wide, like it used to be.

This Hone Depot is the worst. No help and good luck finding a lumber cart when you need one! Sales clerks need serious customer service training. There's a sales clerk named Tyler, he's awesome, just helps where needed.

It's sad that customers have to find their own lumber carts. There were many in the back but employees had them all taken. People were having to go out into the parking lot for carts. No help what so ever by employees in any of the departments. Home Depot was founded on good customer service, clearly they don't care about that anymore.

Don’t bother with the North Salem, Oregon store. It was very clear that the employees do not want people to shop there. I received zero help and a lot of attitude. Bought only what I needed today and I will start looking for more local independent business that wants my support.

The Home Depot stores do not honor their on-line prices without any disclosure about this. They made no effort to make this right.

Some employees are exceptional - but the majority are completely useless. Usually standing in a group, chatting and looking at their cell phones!

I initially went to the North Salem Home Depot because it's closest to my home. It didn't take many visits to realize that I love this Home Depot! I always find what I need and the employees are exceptionally helpful. And knowledgeable. And friendly. It turns a chore into a pleasant visit. I feel like I should bake cookies and take them back to the people who helped me.

Marie L. in the design department helped me with all the necessary items including the countertop for my upcoming bathroom remodel. She was incredibly helpful, and pacient answering all my questions.

We've been making daily trips to the Home Depot lately on behalf of a bathroom and laundry room remodel (upstairs and down). It is always a drag to go back because you forgot something, but the inspiration is endless and the app has even more to ponder. The ship times have been reasonable, the product reliable and cosmetically better than we dared to hope for. Thank you for being a community resource and for having interested, and helpful employees from every department, EVEN when you encounter them in the parking lot where no one is necessarily looking to ensure they are taking care of you. I REALLY love that part, and that has been consistent rain or shine. It's easy to be friendly and helpful in the aisles, but to stop what you're doing in the parking lot and help a customer load, or grab a cart. . . that's ownership!

I choose to shop here because the shelves are well stocked, and there are staff members who can answer my questions.

Home Depot is one of my favorite stores when I’m making a project. I almost always find everything I need at Home Depot. I’m disappointed, though that they no longer carry the large blue ceramic pots that they used to have, maybe next year.

I like this particular Home Depot because it’s usually a quick and easy trip. Most of the employees are always helpful and friendly whenever I go in.

The people at cherry Ave salem store were amazing i wasn't happy with my paint selection cameron,Raymond, mellisa, eva,Tiffany went out of their way to make it right thanks so much awesome people work there it's my go to store

There was a time that customer service meant something at Home Depot. I opened a couple stores in the 80's in AZ and it's all our manager focused on. Home Depot has lost that and customer service is no longer a priority. It really needs to make a comeback, it does make a difference to the customer.

I appreciate the process flow for installing new flooring. I went online and scheduled for a tech to come out and measure and then I was contacted to schedule a time to pick out my flooring. Craig at the N Salem store in flooring was great to work with.

Had a great experience with the North Salem Home Depot when I went to purchase a garage door opener. Very knowledgeable & courteous help. Would recommend.

Rural areas will soon be suburban areas can home Depot build a store in Willamina Oregon or Grand Ronde.

It's a little smaller but generally has everything I need. Feels a lot more like 'my local hardware store' than 'You're lucky to be here. Hope you locked your vehicle' in the PDX metro locations.

Even if the store didn't have all of the things that I needed, the employees here have always been very helpful on all my shopping trips
