Helpful and knowledgeable

Went two times for SOD to fix yard issues. Both times the store had a good selection and the SOD was healthy!

Have been shopping at this store for a while and always find the employees to be helpful and friendly. And If I cannot find exactly what I need, they are usually ready to tell me where I might find what I need.

For the past few months and as well as years everywhere you go it is hard to find employees anywhere that just simple say hi or ask if they can help you with anything. A couple of months ago I was shopping at this location and I was trying to find something in the hardware isle. There were 2 Home Depot employees standing there talking about why they didn't want to be there. I wasn't the only customer on that isle, I have worked in customer service my whole life and now own a plumbing company. I stride on customer relationships .I thought this was very inappropriate, and not once did they ask if I needed help . I had to ask them if they could help me find something. Todays visit to the store was totally different . Every employee I saw said hi, asked if I needed anything and when I went to check out , Donnie helped scan my merchandise which helped things go faster. Thankyou for improving customer service.

Sales price clearly marked by product but not honored at register. The clerk even admitted he'd only just taken down the sign and even pointed to it in the trash by his side. Said it should have been taken down the previous day. That's an error I shouldn't have been penalized for.

I bought and heat gun, he was the first cashier to help, very outgoing and sweet.

Home Depot employees glad to wait on customers. Make you feel like they care about you being in the store, and are very knowledgeable about their products. You don't find that very often today in the big stores.

Home depot is like an addiction to me but Veronica in Power tools makes it worthwhile she is knowledgeable in all aspects of cordless power tools (My preference is Milwaukee) and always tries to appease my taste even when i need to price match an item,,, Ask for her you will be happy you did.

Your Loss prevention team needs to be trained properly and taught professionalism before they get hurt and home depot gets sued. This being written by a professional fighter who was threatened by the ignorance of a power tripping loss prevention employee that made a pointless scene for no reason.

Came in late on the day before Thanksgiving to find a Christmas tree. Store was closing and James didn't flinch or roll his eyes. He had a sense of humor that was right up my alley!!!! Got the perfect tree and I want to thank him. Awesome dude! Thanks Home Depot!

I really enjoy shopping here. The employees are very helpful and the seem to have a little better stock of the things I need compared to a few of the other stores I have shopped at.

This is my favorite Home Depot and have been using it for over 30 years. I rarely have a problem and find the employees warm, friendly and helpful. Today there was an unusual problem. To the rescue came Mary Rivera who took care of it. A long time employee, she took on the challenge, and just about singlehandedly, found a solution and maintained my faith and loyalty to Home Depot.

I manage an Assisted Living Facility for the elderly. When I have different repairs to do or things to buy to fix up my facility, I always stop at #0588. The staff there are great! They've always answered any questions I have and given me different ideas and solutions! You have a great team!

We have shopped at this Home Depot for 36 years and have always had great service.

Stephen,George, and Phil resolved a problem with a weed whacker return/exchange fairly and to my satisfaction. Stephen even opened the box before I left to make sure the unit was complete. They were friendly and knowledgable. Great customer service.
