i am remodeling a home so there have been many trips to HD - the staff is helpful, but the waiting time for assistance is long due to limited staff

This store has amazing customer service. I was greeted by 3 employees during my short trip here. Nina in the garden center has exceptional customer service skills. One of the best experiences I've ever had at a home improvement store.

This Home Depot exemplifies customer service. The employees are always friendly and they ask you if you need assistance. I'm usually scouring a DIY store looking for help. Not here! Thank you, Home Depot at DeZavala!

I’ve moved around a lot and shopped at hardware stores across the country, but this seems to be one of the best run big box stores I’ve been to. I’ve had fast and friendly service each visit, hope it is the same for y’all.

2nd time my husband and I have had issues with Susan at the customer service counter, she is rude, she is judgmental, and has a bad attitude. She huffed at us. I personally think its because we are an interracial couple. I will not stand in her line again.

Management and people whos been there the longest seems to be the only people ready to help, i came across to few youngsters that dont even acknowledged you while walking by, and you ask a question and they tell you flat out I DONT KNOW

I would like to commend Daniel the salesperson in the paint department for be so kind, helpful and patient with me in helping me achieve the exact color paint that I wanted. Everyone knows that matching the exact paint color takes patience and expertise of the person working in the department and a lot of trips to Home Depot. Only self checkout, rude cashiers, no knowledge of the products, long lines to check yourself out. No military discount, so much for military city USA.

I cannot express enough how awesome the customer service in Cabinets and Flooring is at the 78249 store location!! They were very knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely shop here again for all my repair/renovation and construction needs.

We shop at Home Depot all the time. But when we entered the location at zip code 78249, we were greeted by Nina, with her friendly smile and welcoming personality. She was a blessing to us coming and going as she checked us out with her warm hospitality. Loved it!

These days it's very refreshing to have available store associates and/or staff assist you when needed. Courtesy at its best!

The store carries great products and is well stocked. It is clean and organized in a way that is not exasperating. Parking is not a problem. We recently purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer. Everything is in working order and we are very pleased. Would certainly recommend Home Depot!

This does not reflect on the average employee. They are just regular old poor people trying to make a living. However, the rich people at the highest corporate levels treat their customers as both a given, and as unworthy of treatment befitting a valued customer. The latest of this all too common trend is the sweet time they take actually giving back money that is refunded to the customer. When we pay, it's instantaneous, home depot gets theirs. But refunds? Several weekdays commonly pass with no actual funds transfer, and no explanation. There are exactly zero good reasons for this except for the indifference and greed of home depot's corporate executives. Other companies give instant refunds, electronic refunds. Short of paying cash for everything, do not expect to see any refunded money anytime soon. And if you're riding a fine money line in these difficult times, either pay cash or shop elsewhere.

MANNY GARCIA is a poor example of an employee...he was impatient and quite rude when I would ask questions...however TIM one of the managers was quite helpful and patient with all my questions..I will go back to Home Depot because of people like TIM..

I shop at the store on Dezavala Road and the staff is always very helpful and courteous.

Staff is friendly and eager to help and educate you as needed. This Home Depot is always organized and clean.
