Our Microwave went on the fritz so my wife and I went to Home Depot to purchase a new one amongst other items. Thank you HD for loading the microwave onto a cart and for the cash registry staff for making the purchases go through. Diego was our attendant. You could say he was "San Diego"

Bernabe helped me find all my items and offered his expertise. He saved me so much time during this trip.

Today was a great shopping experience, and everything was easy fast all because Alfredo. The cashier at garden was very helpful. anything he didn't know he searched up on his phone and help me find it. He's a great example of what employees should be.

I've shopped at many Home Depot but this store stands out. The staffs are very nice and extremely helpful. I had a great experience at this store. I look forward to going back to this store for my future project needs.

So today I was having a trouble day my fish died and I flush it in the toilet and it clogged the toilet and I was thinking of getting one of those air pressure thing. I really appreciate Dylan because he had a very amazing input because he work as a plumber but stop working with and now Home Depot is lucky to have hem so he told me what tool to buy and thanks to hem I was done in 5 min thank you so much for going above and beyond. Also the cashier Santa Clause help out thank you guys for help me out today I really appreciate it

I went in the the store and Mike helped me. He listed to what I was trying to cosntruct and showed me the different materials. Now I have a breakfast console that is Pinterest worthy! Thank you!

The management of this store runs it like truly it is "their store".......that is to say they take pride in it and want to help their customers. They work hard at getting you what you need and listening to the customer.

Each person I interacted with, were very helpful and many went beyond any other Home Depot I've been too. I was also happy that every item I went in for was there and didn't have to wait on anything. I got everything from doors, lumber, cement, paint, etc.

Just a shout out to Jessica the store manager. I have ran big box stores for years and now ventured into my own business and as a start up watching costs are critical. Jessica went out of her way, after I had rented items well into the price of buying it, and gave me a great deal for the tool I needed.It would’ve been easy just to say no and walk away but she went the extra mile

I needed to replace some lightbulbs, was overwhelmed by the choices and unclear about the differences. Then a guy asked if he could help, "yes please" I say as I look at the guy and smile. It was Santa Claus himself... in a Home Depot apron and jeans, I'd recognize that belly and the long grey beard of real hair anywhere. Then I saw his name tag... It was really him! and he knows light bulbs and he was really nice about it. Best Hardware Store experience of my life, glad your right across the street from my work... see you next time

I was assisted by a store associate right away. It was very convenient for me because I was in a hurry to find the item I came to the store for. with the help of the store associate my experience at this Home Depot location was quickly and efficient. I want to greatly think the Home Depot for hiring the people that they do because they are extraordinary employees who go above and beyond for a great customer experience.

The sale cashier, Karina, is the sweetest and most empathic person in this particular Home Depot. She not only has the best customer service, but she does care for the customers.

I came into the store looking for a countertop. I was miss guided and directed by three different employees and finally had to go online and find it myself. I found the area where it was located and went directly to it eventually. When I finally made my way to the long lines at the checkout I patiently waited my turn at the self check. Once I finally had an open register and began to walk towards at a store employee named “Gabby” walked right to the front of the line in front of everybody with a customer and took them to the open register that I have been waiting for. I mentioned to her that we have all been waiting in line and did not feel it was appropriate for her to cut right to the front of the line just because she was an employee. She turned around to look at me as if I were speaking a foreign language. I was disgusted as were several other customers in the store who had been patiently waiting their turn. I will avoid this Home Depot store at all costs and to be honest if another home-improvement stores closer I will go to that one in the future.
