Friendly people and ive been goung to this store alot and spending alot of money to remodel our duplex and i can spend hours in there love it!

Store Personnel very Helpful in knowing the products they sell and where to find the product you are in need. If that sales persons does not know they in turn get someone to assist you in a flash. In all my years shopping at this Home Depot I have never had a bad experience. I have shopped at this Home Depot for the last 5+ years.

it is with great excitement that I write this review. I went in to buy some tools on black Friday and it was the best experience ever! as I walked in the store it looked great, clean and in order. I was also greeted with a smile and yes it was black Friday, I thought it would be crazy in there but it was not. there was tools reps and the tool supervisor Jacob, he knew all the pros and cons of all the brands of tools witch made my shopping experience much more easier. thanks again for making this what I thought was going to be a difficult shopping experience SMOOT. see you soon!

Management is extremely rude and no help. Shelf pricing is different than when you check out.

This store has a larger selection and knowledgeable people to help.

Store was clean I was greeted at the door. Ron was fantastic in helping me and I couldn’t have asked for better overall service. Gabriella was quick and efficient in helping me with all my stuff. An associate even moved shopping carts out of my way so I had an easier path to my car. Keep up the good work guys

The store is very nice and very well kept .... but the bottom line still remains that ALL cashiers should be aware of SPECIAL promotions by Home Depot Corporation and apparently they are NOT well versed in that department.

Cashiers spend more time talking to each other than helping customers. Poor customer service!

The entire shopping experience can be great but if the last person you talk to (cashier) is mean or rude it ruins the entire experience. Front end supervisor needs to coach and role play with Karen on how to talk to customers.

My boyfriend and I went in around 7pm on Saturday, July 28, 2018, to get a few items, including a Ryobi Orbital Jigsaw that was $49.97, according to the shelf sticker. We went through self checkout and I noticed the price on the screen said $59.97. There were people waiting to use the scanner so he finished paying while I went to check the shelf. Another employee told us the shelf tag had not been updated but they would honor the sale price. Cool! We told a young man there what happened and he said there was nothing he could do since we already paid. Right then, Melissa jumped in and took over with her “can-do attitude”. She explained what she COULD do, rather than what she couldn’t do. She walked us through the entire process and refunded the price difference in cash. She was professional, efficient and upbeat. We couldn’t ask for better service. We run a consulting business and we are always looking for customer-focused people for our clients. Employees like this are hard to find. I hope Home Depot appreciates Melissa.

The Home Depot store in Santa Ana is well stocked the only thing I would recommend is that their STAFF be more helpful especially when a customer needs a "special item" that he or she is NOT 100% sure of ..... rather than STAFF stating look for your item in aisle 35 or 36 or 37? Those aisles at Home Depot are NOT exactly small and there is nothing more annoying than NOT being unable to locate Item(s) your looking for!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The kids workshops are fun. I find what I need every time.

I was waiting for service desk to be help with some products, but I saw 2 persons on the phone, 3 person on the return area helping other custumers. I approach to one lady she just said just wait.

The associated were very helpful. While walking to get my parts I was helped by 3 different employees. Everyone seems to want to help.

The store is well-stocked. The associates are friendly and eager to help. The only improvement would be if they were better trained on the products the store sells. We were looking for a certain toilet and the associate didn't know the store carried this toilet. We were bumped out at first thinking we can't get it. Luckily, we spotted it on the shelf by chance and we were able to make our purchase. I would definitely shop here again.
