I give this store a 10/10. I have been coming to this s store for several years and never disappointed.

been going here for years - very lightly staffed - hard to find someone that really knows anything - usually there are a few folks that have the knowledge required - They usually have what I'm looking for - Lowes has better selection of ceiling fans - sometimes the selection is minimal - The isles always seem to be cluttered making it hard to navigate with a cart. I will continue to shop there - just thought I'd share some thoughts.

Cashier Vanessa Moraga is a great example of why Home Depot can always be reliable in regard to customer satisfaction. She showed great knowledge and concerns when answering my questions. Thank you.

This is a great store to run in if you need something. You can get some good advice on projects from the more mature employees. This location tends to gear towards contractors and the trades more than homeowners, though; if you want to shop closets or tile, for instance, I recommend the Tustin Marketplace store.

Poor customer service by manager

Great, efficient service. I go out of my way to do business at this store as they are consistently outperforming the other home improvement centers in the Los Angeles regional area. Great job!

One of the Best in the OC! Excellent customer service! You will receive a smile and a hello from associates as you walk by even if they are not the one helping you directly. For So Cal, this store feels more small town in their approach for going the extra mile and not giving up until you find what you need. Look for Cliff in plumbing.....He is a superstar, kind, and knowledgeable with 14 years experience on the job.

store give good service

i visit the store on 11//30. I was the second person on line to be asssit, however it took more than 15 minutes to get help. The cuistomer in front had to return to the cashier to tell her he was not charge for the items he already have in ihis basket. He also indicate the cashier took the receipt and put it away. I witness the cashier to questioning the customer about what she did whit the receipt. She went ahead and rang the order wrong again because she put items back in the basket and then she forgot. Finally she collect the money and THEN she start to look for the old receipt in the trash can and found it!!!. Line was long more than 7 customers waiting , I told the cashier to please hurry , she instead of acknowledging the delay and her mistake, turn around gave a look and shout me off. She indicate was talking to her lead and say "thank you " and turn around. The lead person Sandra did the same dint listen to me and they continue on their mini brief. I report this behavior to Ignacio the store Manager , who was attentive. People like the cashier that mistreat me should be tough how important is to have a job and be respectful, I was not asking for anything other than to take care of my purchase in a quick manner after she corrected her mistake.

This store is awesome. The associates are great. Every time I come into the store the associates are friendly and very helpful.

Employees and cashiers have really bad customer service someone need to train them and what it means customer service and what are they duties on the job

Its always a good experience in this store. I have been to others HD near by and does not compare the professionalism and customer service of HD employees. They are willing to work with us as a customer and understand our needs. Thanks Home Depot Santa Ana!!!

I frequently shop at this location for my home improvement needs. I always find the Store Associates and employees to be kind and courteous, while still maintaining the highest level of professionalism. I find them to be knowledgeable, but most importantly, they treat all customers with the same level of respect... from professional contractors to everyday DIY'ers like me.

I was pleasantly surprised at this Home Depot store. I was in the area shopping at some specialty stores (remodeling my bathrooms) and had to find the nearest Home Depot to look at some fixtures. This was my first time here, and I will be a frequent shopper now! The staff was friendly and spent time to answer my questions (and I had a few!) and helped me find what I needed. I spoke with at least 4 or 5 members in different departments and everyone was super nice and helpful. I wish they had more items in stock, especially with regard to lighting. I ended up leaving a personal bag of mine that had all my bath measurements and my to-do list, and they found it and Violet, at customer service held on to it for me. She was great when I went in the next day and I am just blown away at the service here, coz normally I do feel like that Sears ad where I am wandering aisle after aisle and not a single person in site!
