If you are looking to have your keys made here, DON'T! They never work! You'll end up returning them and wasting your time! Trust me, this is from a 3rd attempt!

Great store, great prices, Home Depot does it again...

Easy to find stuff I was looking for and people to explain how it works

I had to get the names of the 2 men that assisted my husband and me in purchasing 3 toilets for our home. I can't believe their patience with all our questions and they had an answer for all of them. Their personable manner in which they dealt with us made the overwhelming decision, out of so many options, so much easier. They made it so much less stressful as they gladly called some plumbers that could install the toilets; and we decided on one of them right on the spot. The plumbers were even able to come same day to install, although our availability was not until next day.Dave even explained I could apply for a Home Depot card and get a discount. I cannot stress enough the exemplary assistance we received from Dave Echevarria (Lead Generator) and Frank Garduno (Dept. Supervisor). We were able to take care of the purchase and installation all in one trip. I just had to let someone know.Thank you for making these two men available to the public and keep up the great assistance!

Chip was very helpful to me in answering my questions about different weather sealers, and Georgia was knowledgeable and helpful to me answering my questions about my yard.

At he time of purchase our cashier needed clarification on a price. The cashier next to her was rude and unwilling to help. Our cashier called for a manager who never came. After waiting some time and calling an additional time, our cashier walked to a manager at the front of the store who was just standing there greeting customers as they walked in. He asked her to reach out to the department where the item was from for help. My husband had to go to where the manager was to speak with him, as he wouldn't come over to help. Our transaction was suspended while we waited for help and the cashier proceeded to help others in line. We stood there for about 20 minutes. She finally received the information she needed from the department and pulled us back in to finish our transaction. This was handled very poorly by the manager as we wasted 20 minutes waiting for an answer while he greeted customers.

The store associates were really observant of my presence and offered to assist me right away and made the entire trip a smooth ride for me by personally showing me where everything that I needed was and even helping me carry the bigger items to my car. Great store!

Dave, Ken and Nicole at this Home Depot store made my visit fast, successful and cheerful. Thank you for all your help in purchasing and loading my fridge today. I went to the Sears Outlet prior to coming in to this Home Depot location. No one approached me to assist me at Sears and when I did flag someone down at Sears he merely pointed across the store and did not offer to help me find the item I intended to buy. I wandered around, did not find what they said they had on their website and decided to look on my phone for the closest Home Depot. I am glad I did, because I had a great experience with people who obviously like their jobs, love helping their customers and go above and beyond the call of duty. I operate and run a 20 million dollar a year Water Purification Company near Santa Ana California. I have gotten a great amount of help from the Store Manager Ignacio, Steve in Lighting, and Lucy. I am proud to say that this is by far my favorite store. Thank you again! Mike

Friendly associates that were able to direct me to the correct aisle for product I was looking for. The cashier was very nice and helpful as well.

I went in thinking I was going to be there looking for building materials and tools for a while. An associate was there as I walked in, he asked if I needed help finding something, I told him what I needed and he pointed me in the right direction. I loaded up the materials and was on my way when I looked at my list and saw that I needed two saw blades. I told my coworker to wait for me and I went to find the blades. A few minutes after I returned with what I needed I found that the lumber was already scanned and the associates were waiting on me to scan the blades. The help we received from the associates made what would have taken about an hour to no longer than 15 minutes. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT #6680 OF SANTA ANA!!!

Every little detail in the store was perfect. Everything was in its proper place the floor were clean and all the workers were really helpful and looked and acted really nice.

The knowledge from the lawn and garden associate Georgia was excellent! We went home to plant and felt so confident in what we bought. I recommend you ask for her. She knows her stuff!

I set out to find a part for my AC unit, brought in my old one to be sure I get the same thing again. I was greeted by Dave, who offered to help me locate the item. Turned out this product no longer existed, so Dave offered an alternative and saved me money and time trying to find the item at a different retailer. I have returned to the store 3 times since and spend a total exceeding well over $1000. Thanks again Dave!!! Keep up the great work

Thanks a million from my family to you Home Depot for patiently explaining to me how easy it is to build a deck to lay my daughters playhouse on top of. I've delayed this for my little girl long enough thinking it was something a professional should do, but you explained it so simple I knew I could do it. As simple as A, B, C. This was the best experience to date with Home Depot. You were sincere,hones and patient. You could've told me to buy a bunch of stuff for this project, and even when I suggested it you said "not needed". Thanks E

When I need to find an associate, they're always easy to find and super helpful!

Our Sales Associate was Dave (DXE 1325) and we could not possibly have been treated any better. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. His customer service skills are excellent. We do not live in the area of this store but visit often and will certainly return here again. Anyone would do well to shop at this particular store due to their overall atmosphere of putting the customer first. We'll be back!

From the time you walk into the store you are greeted with a smile and an eagerness to serve. The help desk Salesperson CFG565 I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. I had a list of what I needed but hadn’t put the sky#’s on my list. So she walked with me to see all the products and get the sku#’s. I bought other items that where not delivered and she made sure I got the items in a bag before I left. The next day today the delivery man came. His name is Fernando R. sorry not sure about the last name. He was the best. He delivered products to our home in Dec 2014. Fast ,clean well maintained Truck, efficient and very polite.
