I frequently and exclusively use the North Shore Home Depot for materials, hardware, rental equipment and in the lst couple of years, special orders at the windows desk. I have always found the staff knowlegable and friendly!

The store has employees that only care about receiving a paycheck for doing nothing to help its customers

I LOVE browsing around this store for small work project materials. It was in better shape than so many months ago. However there were illegal aliens in the parking lot. Not good.

I really enjoy shopping at the North Shore location. The people are always helpful! The store is well put together, and I can always find what I’m looking for in stock!

They help my Company Keep Moving Forward!

I love my new washer and dryer set, and the price I paid. But the salesperson, GLENN DORSEY, attitude is one of I was an inconvenience. he was friendly at first but quickly turned condescending. I continued my purchase because of the need and price. And, also because of my daughter's presence. A passing salesperson advised us this was his usual demeanor.

The staff is very knowledgeable. Any questions or assistance I need, they are there to advise/help me find just what I need. The service is always great!

Staff avoiding interacting with customers

I have always had great experiences at this location. Paint department is staffed with knowledgeable people and always find what I need.

Sales Cashier did not give me the opportunity to use keypad to get my receipt emailed. Sales cashier is JR reprogram the Point Of Sales system to eliminate cashiers from using by pass keys

Such a beautiful day yesterday, I took a ride to the store, to check out the offerings. Ultimately purchased several hanging baskets, a tomato plant, some flower pots, soil, grass seed and lawn food! As always there was a great variety both inside and out. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I have bought a few appliances from Home Depot and they have always served me very well

Have to visit TWO times the store to get a material I bought on line...Never was ready, many workers there but doing nothing. Terrible experience, I would suggest to choose another store if you want to buy something online.

I have shopped Home Depot for years and purchase a decent amount of things for our real estate investment properties but I literally will avoid this location at all cost unless it’s absolutely necessary—-poor customer service and poor management concern dealing with the issue..

Big fan of North Store store for projects indoors and outdoors. Well-maintained and staffed. Inventory impressive.

I enjoy visiting Home Depot. They have many in and outside Tools and big household items that are helpful.

I come to this Home Depot often because my job is in close proximity but this has become my go to store even when it is out of the way. All the staff is so friendly, patient and helpful. They answer my silly questions and always do their best to help me get what I need.

They were extremely helpful, thoughtful, kind, courteous, giving other time and attention, which makes me believe that I will only use that Home Depot unless I find another one similar and customer service thank you ladies

I was supposed to get $25 off my initial purchase when I applied for a new HD credit card. That DID NOT happen. I was NOT given the advertised $25 off my initial purchase with my new HD credit card. Most annoying!

Employees here would rather be on their phones than help customers. The knowledge base here is not very good. Employees here really don't understand what they are selling? I worked in the construction field growing up, and actually still do. Location for me is great, I live very nearby. I run in, don't always know where things are located and that is where the problem alise.

This is a just a general observation, but I never go to this store if I think I will need some technical help or recommendations. There are some experienced, helpful staff, but a customer can't expect to regularly find that here. Even a basic questions, such as "where can I find_____?" an associate often doesn't know or you can't find an associate. Some will not even look at you as they pass you in the aisle, so you have to get their attention.

Understaffed poorly managed. Save 2% tax

We went there to request a person to visit our home and take measurements for carpet and door replacement. The staff was poorly trained to help us. There was too much time wasted by us when they were trying to figure out.
