I had just been to another home improvement store and could not find one single person around to help assist us with our many construction needs. We are doing a full home renovation. Not one employee from the other store even checked to see if we needed anything. There were other customers also in the same position. So my husband and I instead showed up at this Windham Home Depot and the experience was much more professional and much more pleasant. We had great service from everyone in the store and the store was also clean and tidy. We have found our store that we will continue to visit due to our current experience on that day. Goodbye competition.

Great store, have been shopping there since it opened. I have always found the employees to be great, very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The store has always had what I needed. If not they would check the other stores or have it for me in a timely manner.

Electrical department doesnt know anything. Sold me a 10/2 wire for a dryer. Than sold m a 4 point outlet. 4 point is code...why would u sell someone an up to code outlet but than sell the wrong wire to it. So made lost $40

We are getting ready to paint the exterior of our home in Naples. We did not know which paint to buy, how much to get, or what materials we would need. Dick in the paints department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the difference between using latex versus oil based products, advised us on the quantity of paint to buy, and even helped us get everything else that we would need. He and his team made our visit to Home Depot in Windham a great experience.
