Wish the associates would take the customers to the item they can't find instead of just trying to explain where it is. Would save the customer time and allow them to ask questions if they have them. The people there were friendly and knowledgeable of products.

I always like shopping at Home Depot, Windham, Maine. The entire staff and management are very friendly and they give Veterans a 10% discount.

My wife and I always enjoy going to Home Depot, and this time was no exception. We didn't buy much, but received nice service anyway.

My husband and I needed to purchase a washer and dryer. We searched many different models on-line before visiting the store. When we arrived, we were assisted by two extremely helpful store associates. They both had in depth knowledge of the appliances they were selling and answered many questions we asked. We were also directed to use the kiosk to compare the various models, check reviews, etc. It's because of these friendly and helpful sales associates that we came back to Home Depot to make the purchase. Both associates recommended the 5 year protection plan. After taking a bit more time to research further, we came back 1 day later and made the purchase. I feel confident that if we have any issues with the appliances, Home Depot will stand behind them.

Everytime I go into that store I always find exactly what I need. Today, at least 4 employees approached me to see if they could help me. They ALL had smiles on their faces and were invested in there job and mission to serve the customer.

An associate quickly obtained a ladder to bring down the cabinet I wanted. The one on the lower shelf had scratches on it. He even peeked underneath the cardboard to ensure there was no damage.

We've never had any problem with this Home Depot location. Always find someone to help. Easy Location and parking. Our cashier was Friendly and with a smile. Great customer service. Thank you

Bonnie was an associate in the appliance section. She was the sweetest, most helpful, and fun associate I have ever dealt with in over a decade of doing business with Home Depot. If you're looking for an appliance and you physically visit this store, make sure that you find her because she will make your experience wonderful like she did for my fiancé and myself.

We were helped by an amazing woman named Ellie in the plumbing dept. She was polite,very friendly and knew the answers to everything we asked her about. Wonderful employee!

My fiance and I are relatively handy people, but with that being said it is good to know that there is a store of interested and enthusiastic professionals nearby to assist in some of the more puzzling situations of home ownership!

I"ve always found the associates to be very helpful and ready to make my quest for products easy. They have always answered my questions and helped me solve problems I have had with products operation since I'm not very good as operating equipment.

With a the last trip to the store Hanna, one of the associates, went out of her way to find something I was looking for. It was in another section of area I had not expected to find it.

It seems that people only take the time, to fill out these reviews, when they've had a bad experience. So I'm going to do the opposite. I have visited this store about 10-20 times since I moved to Windham in January. I cannot recall a single bad experience... ever. Keep up the good work guys!

Staff very helpful and very knowledgeable.... Ellie plumbing, Phil,lumber,Mike windows really great store. We are building a summer home on Maine and we are in our early 60's so its nice to know these employees don't mind us asking for them each time we go to the store...Which is 3 to 4 times a week.
