I brought these planters because they goes great with my decor.

I recently purchased four appliances from Home Depot, and it has been a complete nightmare. Not only were both my stove and microwave delivered damaged, but the customer service to rectify the situation has been abysmal. Promises were made to send a new handle for my stove and to repair it, but no one showed up. The delivery of my new microwave was rescheduled twice, forcing me to go to the store for a refund and purchase a new one elsewhere. As a long-time customer, this experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I will never trust Home Depot with another appliance purchase again. Buyer beware of their poor quality control and unfulfilled promises.

You had very few to slim Christmas trees to purchase and go home to put up. Prices more expensive at the store than on line. Frustrating!

The guy at the service desk was very helpful. Even though we did not buy from you cause the sale prices where not honored online

O'Fallon Home Depot was a great experience. Store was clean, well stocked, and plenty of help available.

From the guys that cut my plywood, to Matt who assist me in the cordless power tool, to the lady who checked me out, they were all helpful and very friendly.

I had a frustrating experience. Everything was very slow—buying just one washer took me about an hour and a half. The store only had two washers in stock, which is ridiculous. If I want to buy something, I’m told I have to wait three days for delivery. Very disappointing.

Chris Piel has been super helpful, through multiple purchases. Very professional, but down to earth. Love that he's not a pushy salesman. He finds out what you need, and goes over multiple options. I'll be back because of him. Again.

The employees at this store seem to have better customer service than in the past. Keep up the great work and enjoy what you are doing, make an impact on your store and your customers, we really appreciate it!

I bought 3 bottles of weed killer, not cheap. After using one bottle I found one of the other 2 bottles had been opened and about half of it used. It should have never been on the shelf.

Store associates have overall been very helpful and knowledgeable.

He spent a great deal of time with us, and wanted to make sure we received great savings, and appliances that fit our needs. Chris is a TRUE asset to The Home Depot in Ofallon, MO, and we have never received such outstanding service from someone when purchasing appliances...or almost anything for that matter. We appreciate his dedication to customer service, and helping us with our appliance purchase. He made it a joyful experience, and made us feel good about our purchase. We wanted to make sure you were aware of what a GREAT employee Chris is to The Home Depot in Ofallon, MO, and I hope he gets credit for his outstanding customer service. I also wanted to add that we have always had a great experience at the Ofallon, MO store. The employees always greet us and make sure we find what we're looking for, or offer assistance if needed. The Ofallon, MO store is always clean and has what we need for the most part. We typically shopped at a nearby competitor, but we've have been shopping The Home Depot store in Ofallon, MO more often now because of the great customer service we receive there, and the friendliness of the staff. I had asked a very tall large lady to help me find stuff for killing grass.. And all she could say, was, it's over in that area somewhere I am busy.. Never offered to get anybody else to help me or any of the above. And what she was doing was standing in front of the paint, apartment and cashier department..

The service at the O’Fallon Home Depot was wonderful. Everyone is super helpful. Loaded up my car. Chris in garden is amazing!!!!

We were so impressed with the amount of times someone asked us if we needed assistance or help finding what we needed. I’ve been to other HD and we had left feeling like we must of smelled because not once were we asked if we needed help.

I set an appointment on the website for someone to measure my space for carpet simply because I was assuming Home Depot was like many other businesses and would actually prefer that you do that. Not only was I mistaken, when I went in to double-check my carpet choice, Caleb was so knowledgable and helpful that I'm so grateful I went to double check. Both he and Tony (and Gary, the man who measured our space!) made the experience fun! I enjoyed the appointments so much, that I'm glad I needed to go in to make the purchase. Caleb also ensured I got the financing I needed. All around five stars

My father is a Veteran and jumped through many hoops to get his card active. So we shopped at your store specifically for his discount only to find out at checkout that his card had been deactivated by Home Depot. Staff did absolutely nothing to help us, basically just threw their hands up like, there’s nothing we can do🤷🏼‍♂️ I still made the purchase but will not be doing business with Home Depot anymore

I recently started my kitchen remodel project and Don, in the cabinets department, blew us away with his attention towards every detail! I highly recommend traveling to the O Fallon store for your kitchen needs. I must add that all their stores deliver a great shopping experience and I’ve always loved going to Home Depot. I came to look at stoves and ended up buying both stove AND a refrigerator! Both happened to be on sale, and I didn't mind waiting for them since they were out of stock. Home Depot employees are always so helpful and friendly!

One of my projects is supposed to be simple ,but the lack of visually seeing it performed , truly handicaps the diy. Like I need to replace a switch and make it still a switch but also a socket. How do it do that myself? On my own? Then,there are other jobs I know I can do if ... You show me how! As a small child,I knew that hammer or that screwdriver doesn't care who's using it ‼️ It's there to get the work done , it just needs the know how to get it done ‼️😅👍🏼💖

The Home Depot store in O'Fallon Mo. has been my home improvement "GO-TO" Store for a number of years. The employees are friendly and helpful and because of their experience, the people in Electrical, Plumbing and Building Materials have been able to help me pick the right products and give me tips on what to do and how to do it. On the rare occasion that I have had a issue with a product, they have solver my problem quickly.

THE MGR DOUG WAS GREAT TO WORK WIT AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Been going here for years and everyone there is very helpful and polite. If there is an issue, they do their best to figure it out and make sure you are a satisfied customer.
