Great store and employees too. Everything you need for home Home Depot has. Assistance from employees was outstanding especally (Chris Piel in the appliance department. He's the best. Highly recommend him.

People are very helpful and super friendly

The Home Depot is very convenient for my use. The associates can usually direct me to the right area if need be. It is generally a very clean and orderly store. I frequent the store often and can find most anything I am looking for. The signs at the aisles are very helpful.

Always a clean an safe environment. Always greeted with a smile and all the staff there are very knowledgeable on where I can find exactly what I need no matter how many times they change locations of different items! Love that because it saves me time,energy and money each time I visit that store. Thank you to everyone!!! Your hard work and attentiveness is so much appreciated!!!

I go out of my way to buy from the O’Fallon Missouri Home Depot. There is a positive culture there that I don’t see in other big box stores. The pro desk is great. Chris in the appliance division recently followed up with information to help me purchase a major appliance and James the store manager has helped me when others were tied up with customers several times.

My battery is running out on my phonr. I am delighted to shop ANY HomeDepot; but especoally with Bill to take care if my key needs. He is terrific! Your store has a treasure in this employee! Way TO GO! BILL

Order bought Quartz countertops on 10/30/20 was told their sub had 48 hours to contact me it is now 11/4/20, I have heard nothing from nobody can't get a call back or email back from anybody. They sure took my $5000 quick.

Melissa at the service desk quite clearly hates her job! She rude, dismissive, and beyond unfriendly. Employees do not approach customers who are violating the mandatory face covering policy to enforce it. It's posted right when you walk in and masks are PROVIDED! If you don't want to wear one, then shop somewhere else! Additionally, employees need to be reminded their masks need to cover their mouth AND nose.

Karen Knott is currently helping us with Remodeling are kitchen, We are in the beginning stages but she has provided excellent customer service thus far and really pays attention to details. Her product knowledge is amazing . The people in this store are friendly, helpfull and customer centered. I like the service so much that I don't even think about going anywhere else despite the fact there are other hardware stores I could shop. You make me feel good when parting with my money. Lol

Was tailed throughout the store because I am Black. The white customers were shopping unbothered. I had on jeans and a t-shirt (well fitted). Nothing to be suspicious of. Only completed my purchases was because I was in a hurry.

The O Fallon store is my home store. The employees there do a great job of being helpful. Always pleasant and willing to answer questions. I did have a bad experience with an associate there in that her behaviour was just the opposite of your reputation. Apparently, a case of the person being in the wrong job. It seems the management addressed the situation quickly and resolved the iisue.

Friendlier store, I always have a good time with the associates hear. The quality of products and service they provide are above average. I always go here for paint and wood products, have better luck with seasonal landscape items. Just a better home improvement store.

Kim Jensen provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend you work with her on your next appliance purchase.

Karen is a kitchen designer at the Home Depot in O'Fallon. She did an excellent job helping us with a tiny kitchen appliance need.. We greatly appreciate her time and effort..

Don't bother with flooring here... They are six weeks out but won't tell you until after they get your order. And then when you call the store no one will answer, you just get put into the endless call queue.
